This has become our new froyo spot ever since Golden Spoon shut down. I suppose the process is the same as every other froyo spot so it's very easy to serve yourself, try samples, etc. My kids basically do everything themselves, except pay, of course. They grab their own sample cups, fill their yogurt bowls, and get their toppings. The flavors are pretty good so far. There aren't that many that I get excited about though, except Cookies N Cream. Yesterday I tried the Strawberry & Lemonade with fruit and it was a refreshing change. The rewards program was a bit of a challenge to set up online and I didn't want to download the app. I ended up missing out on some points that expired because I couldn't set up my online account with the card they gave me in the store. Oh well. But staff is always very friendly with my kids. I got a free 3 ozs for setting up my online rewards account. We'll see how this continues to work. But so far we are all happy! read more

Is it possible? Lol.. I've never tasted bad froyo before. I got the large container by accident and filled that thing pretty full. I had cheesecake, strawberry and cake batter because I have to get at least a little cake batter no matter what other flavors are in my cup.. I got to the register assuming I would be paying like 15 dollars, yeah.. that's how full it was. But nooo, only 7 dollars! You might have a favorite place or not have a preference at all but the place inside was nice, staff was friendly and the flavor choices were solid.. This yogurtland is literally A JOKE. Their plain tart machine stopped working since a week ago and they still haven't fixed it. Imagine opening a froyo shop and not having the fundamental basic flavor (which happens to be the only flavor I get from yogurtland) and Santa Clarita only has 1 yogurtland In the whole town. Yogurtland sure is lucky they are delicious, because this specific stores' customer service is terrible. Late teen, early twenty somethings working the counter seem to be more interested in talking about their weekends than helping people out, or even keeping the counters looking clean. In addition, I am almost positive some of the staff don't understand the rewards; my wife and I go in enough to warrant some type of rewards. I came in yesterday to get some yogurt and the two workers in the front I think they're name was Bridget and Julie were not helping me at all and talking to some of their freinds while I was waiting to get my toppings. There is not a Yogurtland close to my house and so I decided, while in Valencia, to take the gift card I'd been holding on to and get cash back. California State law requires businesses allow cash back for gift cards under 10 dollars I had a gift card for 5 dollars. This location refused to cash it out. Since this business refuses to comply with this state law, I wonder what other state laws they're breaking. I plan to call the corporate office in the morning, but I can tell you this gives me no desire to EVER visit a Yogurtland again. read more

I LOVE froyo, it is definitely a weakness of mine, and I do get random cravings. Pregnancy cravings brought me here during the pandemic and I was so happy with how they are handling it. Gloves for everyone, they hand you the bowl, and the employees do the toppings. It definitely felt safe. I understand that putting the toppings on for customers is new for the employees, but it is hit or miss. I have always had a different worker. Some of them pour it on when you ask for something (whoa, I am paying per ounce here!) and others just do a little at a time and wait for you to ask for more or tell them to stop (very much preferable). I have also been in there when there is only one employee, and now that the work load has tripled, she seemed overwhelmed. She was helping me with toppings, as the person before me wanted to pay, as people are walking in and she has to hand them the bowls. Yogurtland always be my top list to go. This location is good, right in the center of the city, across the street of the mall. So the commute is very easy. The place is nice and clean. A lot people on Fridays, parents with kids are having fun here. The cashiers are super friendly. They are pretty professional. The yogurt taste good, not pricy. I am a fan of Yogurtland in general, and this location is no exception. Every time I stop in here, the employees are nice, and the interior is clean. The flavor options are always appealing, and the pricing is on the low to fair scale compared to other yogurt spots. The only negative I can think of is a minor one, and is really just a matter of personal preference/taste... I don't get the appeal of the fruit infused water here. I always taste it out of thirst, and am always disappointed. I love water, but the floating fruit ruins the taste for me. Again, this is just my personal opinion. I am sure most people like it since it seems to be a staple at all Yogurtland locations. Overall, this is a great spot for froyo, and is highly recommended. 4 stars. read more

Every time I have gone to this place it has been consistently fresh yogurt. The flavors are fun and exciting there's always a new one to try. I found the store to be well lit, very clean and staff super friendly . If you're a candy crush or soda crush fan they currently are having flavors that match the candies in the game, and cool candy crush collectable spoons. When we visited we ate in the store and as we did I could see the toppings being promptly filled as needed, tables being wiped down after use yogurt machines being wiped of any drips and cups and napkins were stocked.
