Instead of deriving and separating the coffee drink from the ground, Turkish coffee actually derives the drink directly from the coffee ground without separation. The result is a concentrated coffee that is almost as strong as Italian espresso but with more grainy taste from the ground, and I believe Fazil Bey does this well with the ground from their excellent home-roasted beans.
