She prepared me for the process, expected everything in detail, did perform measurements, and communicated with me well on the day of the installation. The guys doing the installation were very nice, expository, and professional as well. They had the granite countertop in the bathroom for the single vanity in less than 1 hour as planned. It looked so great after it was done. They even prepared me for changes that would be necessary when the plumber arrived, which allowed me to communicate any changes and updates with my plumber. They will be my new go-to spot for these types of projects. They have a well-run company. I love how they do business and how easy they make this process for the customer. They did a fantastic job covering my cabinets, flooring, and appliances. GM Matt explained every process as they were doing it. Matt or Arkeem would answer any questions I had before they would start anything. Anything I wanted changed, in the beginning process, they were able to do it to my liking. I saved thousands of dollars by redoing my counter tops this way than to go through the big hassle of having stone put in. Very affordable and they look like stone.
