The places that had a similar door style only came in a set color that could only be changed if I hired another person to sand and re-paint the doors which would cost more than buying the door itself. Payam did an excellent job color matching the stains and paints of my cabinets with the wood and tile samples I gave him. My design for the kitchen and bathroom came out exactly the way I wanted to and the colors all flow together so beautifully. Aside from doing amazing cabinet work, Payam is also very attentive and always answers my calls/texts to address any questions that I have even after installing the cabinets. His reliability and honest work has made me become a customer for life. I have attached before and after photos of the kitchen and bathroom. I asked the installers about the cracks and they told me that the cracks are natural and I would have to call the office with any concerns. I called the office and they told me that the cracks are natural and I would have to pay for another installation if I want it changed. They offered to do a small bathroom free of cost as a compromise but I refused. I went to three other counter top companies, showed them the pictures and they all agreed that the cracks are not natural. I asked Countertop Central to either replace the counters at no additional cost to me or remove it and refund my money but they are refusing.

The work did not start on time. First painters were horrendous. John never came to the site until he was pushed. He finally got new painters who did a decent job however, I have paint all over my appliances and all over my wood floors. John promised me a refund for work that was never complete or done poorly. After 2 months of promising my money would be in my account, he finally started to ignore me and will not respond to calls or texts. If you are looking for a contractor who does his job, don't hire this company!!
