Then when you get somebody on the phone the excuses on why no appointment has been made is ridiculous. I have been going to this center for going on 5years, the excuse of needing a pre-authorization is a lie. Pure and simple. I've spent so much time on the phone trying to explain this to the insurance/bookkeeping dept I should be getting a break on my bill for my time. In the mean time I'm hurting and time is ticking away so my orders are getting affected. I don't know how to even fix this, I call well in advance just to work the system.
