I checked all the best buy charts and reckoned that this was the best place to open my son's Child Trust Fund (it's probably changed now so don't forget to check). The staff were friendly and helpful. The only difficulty is the building itself. To get in you need to go up three or four steep steps - which is pretty difficult if you have a buggy and are on your own. There is a landing at the top and the door is really heavy. The staff will help if they can but they are usually behind the counter and don't realise you need assistance until you have struggled through the door. Once inside you realise it's also pretty tiny and the desk that you sit at to open the account feels like it is in the middle of the bank - people had to push around me and my buggy.
