I contacted the owner of this buisness (Mr Paul Holroyd) and he gave me a quote to tidy up my garden. As I am a trusting person I paid him up front after we had discussed the work that he would undertake. I returned home from work on the day that we had agreed that he would tidy my garden to find what could only be described as a bombsite! Half of the work that he had said he would do had not been done, and the 'work' that he had done was a complete mess! He also left the garden waste, which he said that he would take away, strewn all over the garden. When I tried to contact him he just ignored my calls, eventually blocking my number. I have called at the above address but there are electronic gates at this property and nobody ever answered the intercom. Paul has been my gardener for about 6 months. I am disabled. He and his helper Sam are fantastic workers. They follow my instructions and clarify with me if in doubt. They have transformed my neglected garden so well I get loads of remarks about it now. I am disabled somewhat and they are kindness itself. Paul always lets me know when he is enroute so if I have to rest in bed I can leave him instructions in the conservatory. I am DELIGHTED with this form's service. read more
