Dave came out to look at our leaking roof. He was very knowledgeable and showed us photos and videos of the condition of our roof. Very reassuring to have latter as side access awkward over a neighbour's property & roof. Richard is pleasant/professional to deal with, no salesman's blather chat. The scaffolders came on time as Richard had forewarned me and were very quick workers. The guttering installers, again, friendly and pleasant, tidy workers arrived on time. The old wooden guttering and fixtures were taken away. All I had to do was to sweep some ivy off the path and put my garden furniture back in position. As of 19th Jan 2022…read moreEsquire has still not given a new completion date, work is incomplete and there are substantial defects. Throughout Esquire has been aloof and has at times ghosted us. Poor planning and skill has dogged the work. Wrong windows installed (since replaced by Esquire), damage leaving us without heat for 3 days, damage to lighting circuits and more. Most recently the 2 new radiators installed have been connected to the wrong side of the boiler. Esquire are currently ghosting us again.

Simon arrived with the delivery as promised and all my panels were made bespoke that very day. The fence panels delivered are extremely sturdy and of excellent quality.
