Person from the company came and left after they had seemingly fixed the roof. But disaster struck when the roof collapsed later that evening. I have complained to the owner but he said it's not his business and that he can take a look if I pay more. I got it looked at by a different company who, after a closer look, said that this person had used substandard materials to try and fix my roof. Well, Lesson learned. I won't be using this company again.
