No way they should have 3 stars. I don't know if I want to talk about the customer service or the food it's self. Let's go with the customer service. The staff is very rude, I ordered and paid for extra butter and they forget to put it in the bag. I brought it to their attention right at the counter and the young lady that was working, act like I said I wanted free butter. Very rude, going through my food with long as nails. Like I was trying to steal extra butter. Then to top it off, the food nasty as hell. Rice dry and stiff as a bone. Shrimp and steak salty ass hell on top of being tuff. Spent $70 on one dinner and extra dry rice. Never ever again. Very surprised they're still open. Didn't even eat this garbage. read more

Never been inside the place but it doesn't taste like real hibachi. It's definitely missing that buttery flavor. The sauce is served on the side so the meat comes plain. It's well cooked and I didn't get any questionable pieces. Comes with fried rice, 3 pieces of broccoli, cooked onions and cooked mushrooms. Skip the spring rolls. Definitely from a big frozen from Costco or something. Doesn't look like it does in the photos. It was ready very quickly. Can't give me opinion on the look of the restaurant or the service as I got it delivered. read more

Walked in at 4:40pm and was asked to come back in 30mins because they just opened... they supposed to open to the public at 4pm! I would think the staff arrive and prep before opening time. I wont be back after looking at the reviews. read more

I don't even know where to start. The food is so overpriced for what it is. The only flavor I got for each bite was because of the yummy yummy sauce.. its very bland and has literally no flavor. The chicken was so incredibly dry, I had to chase every bite with water. I was so pissed that I spent that much and didn't have anywhere else to go for food. Imagine working 12 hour busy nights at the hospital with crappy food and everywhere else being closed. And to make matters worse... there was a piece of hair in my food.... deep under the rice. So I went to the on greenfield just this weekend this is my 2nd time having it I got the Mini chicken teriyaki I walked in an was immediately greeted I don't think the lady heard my response so I said hello again and the name of my order it was ready !!! I haven't had a bad experience as far as some have had. I was turned off today that you only get one sauce with the full. What sense is that to give one sauce for the mini and one for the full. Time to find a new spot. read more
