Extremely Disappointed - Poor Communication and Service !!!DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I reached out to have some hats embroidered and the experience was terrible from the start. Communication was lacking -- Chris barely read my emails and seemed uninterested in earning my business. I provided all necessary info and dropped off my blanks on April 25th. I was told the turnaround time was 10 days and that I'd receive an update. I emailed on Monday, May 5th to check in -- no response. I called on Tuesday the 6th and was told I'd get a text update -- nothing. I followed up again on Wednesday and they said they'd "check the status," yet still no follow-up. Out of frustration, I went in person on Thursday, May 8th. Chris was dismissive and arrogant. When I asked for my blanks back, she told me they weren't even at the shop -- they were at her house. then she tried faking a phone call to her husband to bring them up then her phone rang in the middle of her "talking to him" If they can't be excellent with customer service and communication, I can't trust them to be excellent with the job itself. Could there be a better name for a business? We don't think so! Being new to the area and needing some embroidery work done, this place was mentioned on more than one occasion and once we walked in we could clearly tell why. They are equipped to do much more than just embroidery and it would probably be easier to name the very few things they don't do in house. We've been working with them for several weeks now and what truly leaves a lasting impression is the level of attentiveness & attention to detail we've received. They were super amazingly helpful!! I lost my work jacket which had my name embroidered on it and needed a new one before my lunch ended. I went there with 30 mins left in my lunch and they helped my within 10 mins!! Had it embroidered and got back to work on time. I paid an express fee to have this done but TOTALLY WORTH IT!! Stopped in today really not expecting to be able to have done what I needed in time for a Christmas gift delivery. My expectation were wrong. Not only did my item get completed in time for the gift delivery but the owner took care of it while I was there so I didn't have to make another trip. She was creative in finding a way to embroider it given the complicated design of the bag and had great recommendations on color to maintain the look of the bag. If you're making a group order be sure to have an example of what you want first. My office ordered screen print shirts but received heat pressed shirts instead. The representative I spoke with claims that she was unable to make screen prints with the design we wanted. Unfortunately, no one in our office has any email traffic or proof of her stating that she couldn't provide what we asked for. It's a loss on our end, because they said they were unable to take the heat press off & we would have to order more shirts for them to redo with a different design. If all of this info would have been present from the initial contact we would have found another business to make our shirts. No receipt was given so of course there was no refund offered. read more

When I first started going to You Name it I was impressed with the service and the work. It's gone downhill since. I dropped 6 hats off to be done on January 4th. On January 18th, I still hadn't heard a peep so I called checking on them. 2 of the 6 were completed. So I went and picked those 2 up and dropped off 3 jackets to be done. Several more weeks go by, I hear nothing from them. So I call. Told the jackets are ready and look great, but nothing more on the hats. I wait about 10 days - still no calls or communication from them. I go by the shop. The jackets were not completed as I had requested, part of the design was not on their. None of the hats were done. The guy asked if Chris had called me and I said No I've heard nothing from no one. At this time the hats had been there for over 6 weeks and not once had I received a call saying there were problems, or anything! I was so mad because a call can make all the difference. I told the guy to just let me pay what I owed and I was taking everything with me. He called Chris and she told him what to charge me and said she didn't know why the jacket designs were completed and that they could get them done that afternoon. After having my items there for so long I didn't want to leave them any longer. So I wanted to pay with a credit card and he asked that I pay in cash and he wouldn't charge me sales tax. I just wanted to leave and so I did and failed to get a receipt. I texted Chris later that day (Feb 12th) and asked her to email me a receipt as I failed to get one and I need it for my business. She stated she would. Received nothing. On Feb 16th, she sent text saying she would send it that day and that she hadn't forgotten, never received. On Feb 17th, I let her know I hadn't received. No response. Again on Feb 24th, sent message stating I still haven't received a receipt and provided my email again. Again no response and still no receipt. I originally was very happy with the items they had done and have a need for quite a bit of things to be done as we have 2 businesses. I was so excited to find a place that provided great work and great service, but that diminished rapidly and now I can't even get a receipt for my purchase. read more
