Decked out in traditional Belgian decor, there are splashes of gay everywhere, from the feather hat upon the head of a taxidermied deer, to the disco ball dangling from the ancient rafters. This pace is truly magical. On top of it, the staff is incredibly friendly, making sure that your cup doesn't run dry. Also, their prices are pretty low for a touristy area. But note, this place is cash only, so make sure to have a least 20€ for a good time. La Reserve, if I ever find myself in Brussel again, I will be paying you a second visit.

It was also my friends first time in a bar as she is not legal in the states. It took us about 30 minutes.. anyways, doesn't matter the type of bar because we had the best time. All the people there were very friendly. Drinks are so cheap!!! Or maybe that's all of Belgium? Not sure. The bathrooms - interesting in that it is completely open. You have to walk by the urinals to get to a toilet seat. But we didn't care. Not sure if it's everyone's cup of tea though.

Nothing special, but I just like to come here. the music is ok and the beers are cheap. It is one of the most popular gay bars in Brussels. It is the main gay street (in total you find 5 bars I think). It is very nice in summer because the street is than packed outside. And they have also a bar outside (only for beer). Try the beer with a "belgica shot", but don't drink to much of them ;)

I went up to the bartender twice asking if I could order at the bar but was told to wait so I did. On the upside there is free wifi (no password) and plenty of seating-indoors and outdoors. The staff seem to cater to mostly locals and in my opinion tend to disregard foreigners. I was only noticed when I entered and was told to throw my food away. That did not even upset me, it was the fact that the bartender had enough time to tell me to do this but couldn't simply ask someone to get me a beer? I ordered a barbar, a local beer my tour guide suggested. Its bottled and is a blonde brew with only 8% it foams like crazy and tastes slightly metallic, but I think that's most beers.
