Terrell finally texted back and said she would have Carlos reach out to me. Three weeks later I'm headed over to do it myself. Extremely disappointed and they are extremely lacking in customer service. If they are too busy or did not want the job they could let me know not drag me along Move on to someone else. We had our lawn thatched and our arborvitae trimmed by Young Bucks Landscaping. They did a good job and were very good about cleaning up all the trimmings. The crew was personable and made sure I was satisfied prior to leaving. I received a quote for what tasks I wanted done and they were quick to get started once I excepted the price. Last year they sent an employee of theirs who was very inexperienced and asked me for the original plans of the house in order to find my sprinkler system and no I'm not kidding.. This year I wanted to give them a second chance but they called me one day before my appointment to tell me they don't want to service my property because there was a problem last year. Yes indeed there was a problem, they are hiring people that have absolutely no knowledge of what they're doing. They have no respect for people's time. I'm only here for 1 week and they cancel last minute. Dont waste your money on fancy advertising. Hire a company who knows what they're doing. read more

Had the Young Bucks clean up crew out to our 5+ acre property in Malaga. They did a great job field mowing and clearing a fire break around our house. Showed up on time and a crew of 3 guys had the job done in half a day. Would definitely recommend. We love Young Bucks! read more

We had a contract with Young Bucks which included mowing/edging the front and back lawns and weeding all front flower beds. Tried to get them to fulfill this contract for 4 weeks. Marvin was so rude and hostile on the 4th week when I called to see why they won't weed at my house. He acted like I was putting them out because I wanted my flower beds weeded and lawn done constantly. I ended up firing them on the 4th week! I got tired of coming home at the end of the day expecting my yard to be beautifully groomed as promised and it NEVER was! read more

I've used Young Bucks for yard clean up and help with our sprinkler system. The sprinkler guy is good. But don't use these guys for yard cleanup unless you want guys who don't know what they are doing "trim" everything with hedge trimmers. They butchered my small maples, dappled willow and rhododendrons. It's taken my maples two years of careful tending to make them look decent again. We had to carefully prune the willow back to almost sticks to make it grow back right. I thought my spouse was going to cry when she saw what they had done. read more

HORRIBLE!! Hands down the WORST customer service I have experienced. They were hired to plow snow in my mini storage facility. They wouldn't return phone calls, told me they would be here at 8:30 am to do a walk-through and didn't show up until 2 days later. Marvin and Jesse were rude and condescending. The only time they plowed snow in my facility they plowed in my fire hydrant, left 3 foot tall piles of snow in front of my roll up exterior door units, hit my sidewalk so hard they broke the concrete and ran into 3 of my buildings so hard they did structural damage. I called to speak to the owner and was told he would call me back and he never did. I called and and asked if they planned on sending someone down to fix their mess was told someone was on the way but no one ever showed up then they sent an email saying they quit. I wouldn't recommend these guys to pick up dog poop. read more

Paid $1000 last year for landscape curbing. They installed parking lot curbing. The owner, Angel, promised to replace this Spring. Took weeks of repeated phone calls and scheduled 'no shows' to finally get the curbing removed. With removal they ruined the grass. The new curbing has never been installed after several scheduled dates. They simply do not show up. Trying to contact them is impossible. You get an answering machine. The owner said he will refund my $1000. I'm reporting Angel to the BBB. read more

This company said they could do the sprinkler system in our yard they don't know what they are doing and a terrible job I have heard from other contractors that come to my house and they all say they are not good and have heard about it when we tried to call to have them come back and fix something because we paid them $550!they avoided us and wouldn't come back Do not use them!!! read more

I hate to give a business a bad review however when you call six times over the course of two weeks and can't get anybody to call you back even when they say they will this is not a company I want to do business with. I use them in the past and they did pretty good work but over the last couple years have really fallen off with service and getting back to their customers. Other people in Wenatchee have told me the same thing that they have experienced with them. read more

Guys did a great job cutting back two big trees! Good crew, cleaned up well. Will call them back again!

My mom had them come out to her house and clear out some ugly juniper bushes and on the spot she asked for them to take out a big tree that was too close to the house. They agreed and we went to lunch. When we got back about 2 hours later and not only were they done removing all the bushes, they were already cleaning everything. Wonderful guys, very polite and efficient. Great experience will use them again. read more

While I have not had them work on anything, they have been very shady while dealing with my daughter whom they hit with one of their vehicles. The gentleman who hit them, T-boned them coming out of their business, was not licensed, nor did they have insurance on their vehicle. My daughter's car will need to be repaired, they were required to purchase new car seats, and my daughter will be seeing a doctor until her spinal injuries are healed. They did not want us calling the police, which we did anyway, and when we call about their insurance, all of a sudden they were unaware that that person was driving a vehicle with a trailer full of equipment, followed by another of their vehicles out of their place of business. read more

I had an irrigation filter and shut off value installed this spring, it was not installed how I wanted and it has absolutely no support to prevent future breaking when taking the filter on and off and the spiket that comes from this set-up has minimal water pressure. My other irrigation system is working fine with plenty of pressure. After calling, e-mailing and going by the office numerous times the owner has still not returned my call to resolve the issue. I am very disappointed and will now pay another provider to fix what I paid Young Bucks for. read more

Left a volcano behind and when we tried to have them come over to talk about it stood up twice. Cannot count on them to resolve an issue or provide any follow up. Our Condo Association needed an old dead hedge removed that separated our property from our neighbors. They removed 345' of junipers and replaced them with arborvitae bushes. Young Bucks started around 7.30am and finished removing all the hedges by 8.30pm that day. They came back and did everything they said they would do in a timely manner. While I was away on a fire assignment in Colorado a sprinkler line ruptured in my yard. My wife called Young Bucks to have them repair it, which they did using less than $5.00 worth of parts and a few minutes of labor. They billed us over $300. I called from Colorado to question the charges and request an itemized invoice, which was never provided. They did call and leave me a message after a week or so to tell me that my bill was mixed up and gave me a new amount of $105 on the voice mail, which I immediately paid. Now, three months later I get a letter from a collections agency saying I owe them $134.12, again this is from less than $5 in materials and less than 30 minutes of labor. I still have not received the requested itemized invoice. read more

Set an appointment, confirmed it twice and told them at the time I was taking the day off of work to meet the estimator. No one showed, though i called again the day of. Called later, twice, to reschedule and never got a return call. Not a very good way to run a business or to get new customers or keep old ones. too bad. read more

We called and set up an appointment to get a bid to prune trees and trim hedges. A representative came 7/26 and gave a written bid. We called and they set up a date of 9/1 to complete the work. The long anticipated day comes and they are a "no show" with no phone call. We call Young Bucks to find out what happened and are told that they cannot do the job. We are given no explanation as to why but a simple "I'm Sorry". We ask to speak with the owner and are told that he is on vacation. This was a small, one day, $750 job, but for Young Bucks to take our appointment off their schedule with no communication and no reason given when called is not what anyone should expect from a company that professes themselves to be professional. There service was horrible! They broke a irrigation pipe while they were doing a over priced tree service I messaged the owner with no response. Not only that they left there lunch garbage all over our back yard. I defiantly would not recommend them for any service!!!
