Worst business experience I have ever had to deal with. Left them my work apparel for over 2 weeks even though they promised it would be ready in a week. Called on the last day and was informed still wasn't ready, and I expressed my disappointment (I was straightforward without even raising my voice) for which the manager blasted me and claimed I was "inappropriate" for expressing my anger even though they dropped the ball. She wouldn't even let me speak and proceeded to tell me she was "over it". Oh she also blamed their inability to communicate their issues on my manhood lol. Btw, after they failed to deliver on the promised date, I called them again and they promised it would be ready by Friday. Guess what wasn't ready when I called on Friday at noon? That's right. Needed a hat embroidered late in the day before they closed for the weekend. I was a little surprised that they agreed to do it with such short notice. Mike was the guy that helped me. Not only did he stay a little past closing to embroider my hat but he did an amazing job. I came into the shop a little after 8am, which is when they open. All of the lights were off and no one was in sight. I had to yell "hello?" And a few minutes later someone appeared. My item that I wanted embroidered, could not be fulfilled, which was fine. The thing that bothered me was I was spoken to in a very condescending manner. I am no embroidery expert, so I was unaware that my item could not be embroidered according to them. Then I was told, "good luck" as if I wouldn't be able to find anyone that could put the logo I wanted on my item. If it couldn't be done, there were many other ways to say it in a better tone. Very disappointed in the way I was treated. Will not be back. read more
