Then the owner tried gaslighting us and telling us it was "the color of the bricks and the sealant brings out the dark". But there is no black in the bricks, the black is black mold down in the porous brick that wasn't properly pressure washed out. As if we haven't lived here eight years and had it done in the past properly and know better. Now we will have to have someone out to remove all their sealant, actually clean the patio, and reseal it again. Thanks for nothing. I've also uploaded a comparison picture of what our patio looks like cleaned properly. Two tone stone.

I have been using this service since October 2023. she initially did a deep cleaning in my Dads house and has been coming every two weeks to maintain. she is very efficient, does a great job, also takes the time to chat with my Dad as he lives alone. she changes his sheets every other week and remakes the bed.
