Beach towels were pretty expensive ($18 something). This location has really good designer bags at the front of the store. The purses are secured together by some cord, you'll have to ask for assistance if you make a purchase. I haven't seen Coach purchases at Ross anywhere. Here I purchased a cute brown purse for $99. Other choices include Kate Spade and a few other well known brands. There are lots of colorful purses for summer! Don't miss the checkout section snacks. Strawberry matcha latte mix was available! When brought back to see what options were on the table, the owner began to accuse of buying the purse somewhere else even though proof of purchase was in hand! She began to use profanity and said she was not honoring the product. This is an absolute disgrace to our community. They took all five items +5 other items and only gave me $31. I genuinely was very surprised when she told me that she was giving me $31 for 10 items. When half of those were brand new with tags then she has the audacity to tell me that I had great items and should consider them when selling again, when I know they're going to sell these items for 5x the amount that they gave me for. Not to mention the clothes that I had sold to them were popular, namebrand clothing items that were worth more than $3 per item. I understand that stores need to make a profit, but there is no reason to be profiting 5x the amount that you are getting these items for and stores like these need to rely on others to sell and if they're ripping people off like this people aren't going to sell anymore.

I think she said her name was Rain...that's her name on my receipt anyway. She was a bit taller than me and had dark blonde or light brown curly hair. She was so sweet. She fit me for a bra, and it fit like a glove her first try! She also helped me find outfits that I felt comfortable and confident in. I also got a swimming suit, and I never thought I would buy 2 piece, but she found one that made me feel confident in my body. I mentioned that the prices were a little much, and she mentioned all of the sales i could take advantage of, and i saved $100!! I can not thank her enough! She was very attentive and helped me with everything I needed. It felt like I was shopping with a friend rather than a stranger. She mentioned she worked at TJ Maxx, and I will for sure keep an eye out for her my next time there! When I went to check out, I was helped by an older, shorter lady. It says on my receipt her name is Raeann... she was super rude to Rain. Rain was helping a group of ladies pick out dresses, and Raeann thought Rain wasn't doing anything and yelled at her to work on folding shirts! I found that extremely rude and unprofessional to do in front of about 5 customers. Rain tried to explain that she was helping a few customers and she would start folding after they were helped, and Raeann rolled her eyes. I will not be shopping if she is there.
