The first time I walked into APG, I was a bit dejected after stopping by one of their competitors, only to find out that the competition didn't do much other than banners and business cards. But after walking in, I felt immediately inspired. APG's office space is huge and impressive with great art on the walls. I worked with Chris on my personal project and discussed future ideas for a different project. They really do it all over there, from small paper projects to business cards to shirt printing and graphic design. The amount of products they can print on is huge! I was planning on going with an LA company but thankfully I found a quality printing place right here in the Antelope Valley. The turnaround time for my project was quick once I got everything turned into them how I wanted, it only took a day to finish. Of course turnaround time will vary depending on the project though. Everyone I've talked to there was really nice and seemed really passionate about what they do. I'm glad to find I look forward to working with APG again!

I decided to try their Agent CRM because I did hear good things about it but the service has been horrible. They put me on an onboarding call and I still don't know what this product can really do. I sure if you come in already knowing what you're doing with this type of product it might work great but they don't really help somebody that needs instruction.

Let me warn you about the highly reviewed Branning Group. Alex Branning never stopped telling me…read morehow great we were doing. However, if this had been the case I would have seen an increase in revenues and subscribers over the five months we worked together. I saw nothing of the sort. In fact, I achieved zero list growth, and I barely broke even on the approximately $16,000 I spent with him on fees and advertising. Alex never troubled himself to learn about my business, an online service geared to traders. Instead, he simply plugged in canned tactics that were tired and ineffectual. He also failed to come up with a marketing plan that differed from the one his predecessor had designed for me. The same goes for the sales funnel, even though he charged me as though he'd built them from scratch. Copywriting was done by an apparent subcontractor named Ryan whose command of grammar and syntax was on a par with a seventh grader's. I wound up extensively rewriting 95% of Ryan's work. Unfortunately, Alex was little better. He cannot construct a proper sentence if it contains more than one comma, and the written material he prepared for me was sloppy, lazy and, ultimately, embarrassing. It took a huge amount of my time to edit his and Ryan's work up to my exacting standards. Branning Group purports to have a social media specialist, one who supposedly would have shaped, sharpened and tailored my marketing materials. We had one ten-minute talk and then I never heard from her again. I had no better success trying to reach Alex himself, who after the first couple of months limited his dialogue with me to emails that were mostly terse and perfunctory and which largely ignored pressing questions and concerns. My messages to him grew increasingly critical. To give him his due, he had thick skin. He'll need it if he deals with any other clients who demand excellence. For whatever reason, there are precious few negative reviews online for web marketing firms, including two I used that were run by bold, if not to say criminal, deceivers. I don't know how successful I will be in getting the word out concerning Branning Group's considerable shortcomings. Search on the company and you'll find mostly five-star reviews. DON'T BELIEVE THEM! Alex Branning is no more a marketing expert than my Aunt Tilly. I intend no personal attack on Alex. He is a good guy, and he sincerely believed he was doing right by me. But it is results that count, and in that regard he did very poorly.
