He made me feel very uncomfortable and very dismissive which gave me an obvious impression that I was not welcome with a very hostile condescending, discriminating, and using the exaggerated excuse that the area was very large to insult my intelligence as I have expressed to Him that I was a a dental assistant for 7 years! It is obvious, he is a racist, and a bigot who didn't want to take my health first insurance! I understand very well the dental industry since I was a dental assistant for 7 years. I was in and out for my 7AM cleaning. The hygienist was friendly and efficient. I had a slight issue with the main desk when they told me I had a $70 copay which is bonkers. After inquiring more, the receptionist realized she made an error and my copay was actually lower. Other than that, no issues.

After an unpleasant experience at a dental office fairly close to home, I hadn't been to the dentist for 3 years. My office visit with RCD was superb! The receptionist was very friendly and professional. So, too, was the rest of the office...the atmosphere exuded professionalism. I felt welcomed and comfortable. The cleaning was excellent! The consultation with Dr. Kahane was informative, casual, and pleasant. His recommendations for a crown (which I know I need) and a bit of tooth repair was no surprise, but his explanation on how Invisalign orthotics would improve my crowded lower teeth and promote better gum health provided an alternative remedy I hadn't considered, but now will Over all, the only way the experience could have been more positive would have been if I'd stayed longer. I very much look forward to more high level dental care I trust they will provide.

We called ahead and verified the coverage before scheduling an appointment. After the initial visit, we called to check if we have to pay anything. With an attitude, she responded "Did we ask you to pay when you were here?". After about a week or so, we received a call about a more than $200 bill because they are out of network. There were reviews about this kind of office/billing dealings that happened with some people in 2018 and 2021. Don't waste your time with this secretary. She is mean, nasty, very rude and no telephone courtesy. If she doesn't like the job, she better quit. IDK why she is still working there despite these incidents.

Upon my second visit, I had to request eye protection when work was about to commence, so I had to wait while it was found. The dentist now said oh! you need three fillings done. Upon completion my mouth was numb. That afternoon when the feeling in my mouth returned, I tried to chew on that side, and it was painful. The next day I called to return and get it looked at. I was told they were closed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I called on another day to come in on the same day as my wife's scheduled appointment ( as I'm having a hard time getting around on crutches) and they tell me I can only be seen by same dentist who did the initial ( lousy) work, and he isn't there on that day. She took her time to explain the process of getting a cavity filled while she took my X-rays. The Dentist came in promptly and showed me where he had to remove the previous horrendous filling another dentist did, then he and another assistant took care of the new filling within minutes. I didn't have insurance at the time, however the Dentist gave a reasonable price to do the filling. I still have slight sensitivity to the tooth, but it's way better than what the last Dentist did.
