I hired Your Castle Fence on 6/29. I paid 2/3 up front for the work. It took him 3 weeks to get the posts set. I had to call him back as he had 2 of the 3 drive through gates in the wrong place. He came out and I showed him again where I wanted the gates. I didn't hear from him for week and a half. I called again then he came back and moved them. A day later he put part of the top rail in then I didn't hear from him. After a week and a half of the fence not being touched I fired him and threatened legal action. He called me on 9/9 and asked if he could finish the fence and it was mostly completed on 9/10 as there were suppose to be 4 gates (3 drive and 1 walk through) only 3 of them were installed. The only reason he is getting 1 star is because I can't give less than that. The lack of communication, poor customer service, complete lack of any professional standards at all leads me to say I would under no circumstances recommend Your Castle Fence co to even my worst enemy. read more

Frank Pelt from "Your Castle Fence Co" inspected our golf fence and gave us a proposal to make repairs on Feb. 17, 2021 and we accepted on Feb. 22. Frank cashed our deposit check on Feb. 23. Because our fence had been badly damaged by storms and was falling on our neighbor's house, Frank Pelt promised to start the work on either Feb. 26 or by March 1, 2021 at the latest. He has never shown up. Since then, we have called Frank several times and stopped by his business and left a note asking for either the status of our project or the return of our deposit. He has not responded and instead we found out that he blocked our phone number when we tried to call on March 14. read more

I don't know what the deal is. He was recommended to me, but this man does not communicate at all. It's been over a month since we signed a contract. Materials & tractor here for 2-3 weeks. No person. No calls. No text. No responses to my calls. I have no idea if or when this project will be completed $12k is a lot of money. I hope he keeps his word. We signed a contract with Frank, co-owner with Connie of Your Castle Fence Co, on June 8th of this year to have a wood post/wire fence completed. The signed agreement was to have a complete fence around our tiny side yard by July 1st, giving then nearly one month to complete. I had not seen anyone by 10 am June 30th so I called and asked Frank when someone would be here and was told "this afternoon". By 4pm no one had arrived so I called again only to have them arrive around 5 pm. They completed part of the framing and left. It is now July 6th and they have not returned. I called this morning and talked to Connie (who said she was the receptionist) and asked for the fence to be completed by the end of today. I called again and talked to Frank about being unhappy they had not called or finished, Frank stated he would "come and remove the fence and return our check"!!!!!???? He has just arrived here stating again he was "taking out the existing fence" they had put in a few days ago. These people are liars, cheats, untrustworthy, dishonorable. I've known Frank Pelt owner operator of "Your castle fence company" for more than 20 years. He has done allot of work on our fences and gates and built a deck for us. Frank is not only our Fence builder who has built us a few hundred feet of cedar and some chai link fence he also built us a very nice deck. He is also a person we like and trust. Frank is a busy person. He may not get back to you immediately but he honors his word. If he tells you he will do something, he will. I've asked Frank if he wants to do other work on my place and it looks like he will. We are happy to have him do work for us. Every bit of fence and decking he has built stands. He came back and repaired issue with front gate. He is fun to talk to an & d nice to have around. If you need Fence work talk to Frank.
