Monsoon shops used to all be quite small with racks of clothes that were crammed together so tight one could barely walk around and browse without having to take detours around other shoppers. However, when this branch opened a couple of years ago it was bigger and airier from the get-go than any of it's counterparts, making it a much more pleasurable store to shop in. I find the selection in here pretty good, especially when you consider that even in some of their bigger flagship stores, Monsoon still spaces the clothing around quite a bit so that the selection in the bigger shops isn't really that much better. This one doesn't have any Monsoon for men (though Monsoon childrens' clothing is in the Accessorise a few shops down), but there's plenty for the ladies to look at.

The nearest dlr station (Gallions Reach) is quite a walk away, but again there is a bus stop outside of it, so you can bus it the rest of the way. Dorothy Perkins is in a large shop, which also houses Evans and Wallis, upstairs is also Miss Selfridges and Burtons. This Dorothy Perkins has a good range of clothes in the shop, it also has quite a large section of petite and tall clothes. The jewellery section is quite extensive with often a good sale. There are plenty of changing rooms in the shop.

(You are more likely to get a few treasure.) 3.) START FROM ONE AREA AND WORK YOUR WAY DOWN THE STORE 4.) IF YOU LIKE IT PUT IN YOUR BASKET OR TROLLEY STRAIGHT AWAY..!! (sort them out later.) 5.) DON'T LEAVE YOUR BASKET OR TROLLEY, YOU WELL GET SOME PEOPLE DIPPING THEIR HANDS IN..!! TRUST ME!!! 6.) ALWAYS TRY THEM ON BEFORE YOU BUY..!!! I normally go to the Lewisham TK Maxx since it's nearly door to door by bus. Today, we decided to…read moretry this location since Lewisham Mall has a tendency to get a bit crowded on the weekends. So, I'd say its 2 stars for selection, but an additional star for being less packed. The women's clothes selection is quite small, and the shoe selection is downright sparse. There's a better selection of sunglasses in this location, and we found some nice childrens book sets for boys and girls. Generally, I'd say to do your core shopping at nearby H&M and Next, and then stop in to TK Maxx if you have a little more time and money to kill on the off chance you find something you like.
