I couldn't get a better service Anywhere else, Millie can get a bit nervous at times but Mark is fantastic and very patient and treats her like she was his own, she always comes back to me happy and wagging her tail! She smells beautiful and Mark will groom her just as I ask. He's so gentle too and nothing is too much trouble for him! He even Fones me 5mins b4 he arrives so we can take Millie outside to meet him so she's not so nervous and now she is great and happy to see Mark! Wouldn't want anyone else for my Yorkie! I have been going to My Fur Lady since my dog was a puppy. I cannot praise Dee and her staff…read moreenough. They always welcome you and specifically put your dog at rest before he is even taken through the the grooming palour, they make sure he is happy to leave me before he is taken. Unlike some grooming places that just take lead and go with dog. You can always see into the grooming parlour and see how the dogs are treated as they have a stable door and anybody walking into the shop can see the work in progress, nothing is hidden behind closed doors. You can see from just passing the front of the shop, you don't even have to go in. My dog is the most precious to me and I trust Dee and her staff 100% and I do not say that likely.
