Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. As many times as I'd ask, they were courteous and I enjoyed the time they spent in my home going over the description of the job details that would take place . These guys are some of the best people you will ever want to meet . A company that goes above and beyond to help Rectify any problem you might have whether it be septic clogs or any other issues with plumbing and heating services. These technicians are the pros . They're all well worth their weight in gold ! I was actually sorry to see them go but I look forward to seeing them back when the job begins . Tiffany made everything so easy and comfortable for me to go over with me so many different payment plans and options that would fit my budget . The guys sat with me for as long as it took to get everything we needed in place for availability explanation of job description as well as the engineers that would be coming with the excavator to do the initial dig . Alvin described every part of it as he looked over every part of the property to find the best way to accommodate this whole nightmare of a situation that I had . By the time he got done. Don't bother dealing with him. The pricing is absolutely insane. They charged me 5700 for a job that took less than two hours and maybe 100 worth of materials. Legitimately- it should've been half of that. My sewer line detached from the clean out line. Twebber will come immediately. So my recommendation is call a few other companies in an emergency first. If they can get to you quickly you will save a ton of money. If none of them can come quickly, Twebber will but you're gonna get RAKED.

It was a good company but it has run into hard times over the last few years--litigation, dishonest practices, key employee losses and a transition from an experienced father (Rick) who is very ill to an incompetent and inexperienced son (Mike). Four years ago RC Harris installed two new Bosch boilers in my Amenia, NY house. Both failed this year beyond repair. Both were natural gas boilers that should have been converted to propane when installed. Bosch voided the five-year warranty due to RC Harris' improper installation and maintenance. RC Harris refused to accept responsibility leaving our family without hot water and heat for seven weeks this Fall. Cold well-water showers every day. They were entirely unsympathetic and unresponsive--a twelve year relationship and I could not even get a return phone call. They only quoted a full price ($16,600) to replace the system. Ultimately, I hired a new service provider who did the job for much less. Earlier this year, RC Harris gave me a quote to replace one of my hot water tanks. I asked them to install an additional tank. The final price for two new tanks was 3x the price quoted for one tank. And the plumbing of the installation was poorly done , e.g., new lines that just dead end. One of many experiences over the last few years that things had changed radically and a once reliable vendor could no longer be trusted. See attached photos for how they promoted by systems in their marketing yet totally walked away from a loyal customer who had spent thousands on them over 12 years when it became apparent that they had totally failed me. Hopefully, other customers will benefit from my experience by cutting their losses and switching to a trusted and reliable service provider for their heating, plumbing and air conditioning needs.

I was given advance notice of when he'd arrive, including a photo of him for recognition. He arrived right on time. There was a charge to do some work to determine the exact problem, and I was at first concerned about the cost. But it was worth it. Not only was he thorough, but he cleaned up afterwards, and it was just as clean as before he arrived. The work required a significant amount of time, for which I was given the chance to indicate when. I decided on the very next day. He again arrived on time and worked nonstop for over 5 hours to get the job done. The final cost exactly matched the estimate I was given the previous day. After the pipe backed up again, Jaffa returned in April, dug up roughly a 20-foot trench in our backyard to expose the pipe, and told us the line may need to be replaced. After jetting the line, the blockage was cleared. We paid in full, including for the yard to be filled back in and cleaned up. Since then, our backyard has been left open and unfinished for over a month. We were given multiple dates when he said he would return, including April 18, May 3, May 9, May 11, and May 20. Each time, he either did not show, did not call, or did not provide a clear follow-up plan. As of May 28, the yard is still unfinished, with an open trench and exposed sewer line, despite repeated calls and text messages from both me and my wife. We have photos, text messages, payment records, and call logs documenting the issue. I am sharing this so other homeowners are aware of our experience before hiring this company.
