Lately, service has not been satisfactory. Noticed fresh ant activity one day after treatment.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Paid thousands of dollars for service and "needed" liquid aeration and within 6 months of service, they have wrecked my lawn. Manager Alfredo will give you lip service...same lousy service. My lawn was gorgeous when we moved here in December, now it's July and our lawn is full of weeds, bald spots and fungus. I feel bad for the previous owner of this company who we bought our house from. He obviously grew a successful company and when he sold it, the good service left with him. This company is a complete scam! Just like all the other reviews say, they do not complete the services that you're paying for. My lawn looks worse than when I started. They never answer the phone and when they do they tell you a manager will call me back but no one calls you back. Started using them in August 2022. Of course my lawns condition was all the prior fertilizer, weed, and pest control company. (Eyes rolling). These guys were going to kill the weeds and green everything up, but warned, my lawn would t look great because some of the weeds need to be prevented with the spring pre-emergent treatment. Ok, I can see that as a possibility. Fast forward through the fall and spring where they have been treating the lawn, and there is zero improvement in weed control. I am not wanting a magazine cover quality lawn, green and not full of flowering or thorny weeds would be great by me! They cannot do it. Their one size fits all formulations only work if you already have a magazine quality lawn. Yesterday I talked to the tech. He confirmed he treats other houses with the same problem. Says he told the company he's got a lot of houses whee "the weeds aren't dying" Of course you call them 2 weeks after the monthly application for a revisit if needed, and they schedule it 2 weeks out to miraculously coincide with your regular treatment. Forget getting anyone on the phone after 3:00 I think. Might be 4:00 - but it's usually 2 mins after you get a text that they couldn't make it that day and will reschedule....which takes between 1-2 weeks. Horrible company. They don't know how to mow correctly and cut too short. The company also will not stop service even if you tell them. They bill for the entire month so when you cancel even if they mowed once you still owe for the entire month. They also told me they would push mow and they used stand behind mower. read more

I've been with this company for the past 3 years. The first 2 1/2years were great. Then my grass went from the greenest on the block to a disgrace. They have had a high turnover with techs. The past 3 months I've been billed for work not done. I have a 360 camera around my house and viewed the last 3 months and noticed the tech would spray a little and then leave, not touching most of my yard. I called to complain and haven't received a call back from management. I would think since I've been with them for awhile it would count for something, but it didn't. We used this company for 3 years-lawn care service and pest control. They started off being fantastic with lawn care. Bushes trimmed, grass looked great. After a year and a half it started going down hill. Bushes were trimmed every 2 months, grass still looked good. Then over the last year it was horrible. In six months they trimmed our bushes once. Even after repeatedly calling they wouldn't do it. They left an unmowed stripe down the side of my yard. My then 8 year old could do a better job. Anytime I would call to complain they told me someone would call me back. Nope. Never called back. I will say this. Pest control was good. We never had issues. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER! BEWARE! Called to cancel my service with them because of the TONS of weeds and spots where there is LITERAL DIRT in spots because of there HORRIBLE work! They came out the next day (I'm guessing ONLY because I stated I was canceling) March 28th to basically beg forgiveness and stated they would do ALL sorts of work immediately to correct the obvious issues. First off, they put their flyers on everyone's door which is a huge security issue because if someone is on vacation, this will clearly indicate that with the flyer still on the door. This is horrific how they try to market themselves, especially in deed restricted communities which prohibits this. They obviously do not care. Their flyer says they are landscape professionals but when I called for them to come give me a quote for landscaping, they don't even do landscaping, but grass cutting and maintenance only. Businesses with bad practices from the start will always end bad. Glad we didn't use them because they don't have good reviews. read more

The WORST lawn mowing company I have ever worked with. Horrible service!!! If you want to RUIN your house and garden for your money - use the services of a professional harm company Your Green Team. In 4 months of work on our brand new property, where all the systems were brand new and worked perfectly, their workers ruined our irrigation system (cut the hoses of two large sections of garden sprinklers), scratched the entire perimeter of the house with a manual lawn mower (in some places they tore off the paint from the walls, and in others they even chipped off decorative plaster), ruined the lawn in the back yard (they did not completely remove the grass after mowing, and bald spots formed under this grass, because the grass there was simply burned). We paid in full for 4 months of services. This company did not compensate for the damage caused to our house and property!!! Now, a year after the contract was terminated, this company sent us a fake bill for a month they did not provide us with service. We have cameras on our property that show their workers did not come to our home in June. This company charges money for terrible service. And they have lying people working for them. If you want to DESTROY your new home and property, definitely call this company. read more

A solicitor came into my community that has many signs that clearly state "No Solicitation". They ignored the signs, and stuck a flier into the space at the side of my closed front door, which later ended up in my front yard. The solicitor also walked straight through my lawn, because they obviously didn't know how to use a concrete pathway to get to the front door. Maybe the goal was to ruin the lawn so that I'd need their services. Find a better way to market your garbage company. read more

This is a horrible company that will keep billing your CC and charge you for no work. I'll update this with pictures and a proper review later but trust me, this will be a good review with details of every time they came out. what they said and what they never ever did after 5 months of going back and forth and twice charged $56 for no work, even the tech notes were empty because there was no work done. Customer service and manager calls are a joke. best to take the loss and call your CC company to make sure they do not bill you again and if they do then they'll be seeing me in court with my pages of notes and videos from my 12 cameras and ring doorbell. read more

Wished I'd read the reviews prior to me signing up with this company. The only positive that I can give you about this company's was Heather. She was polite and professional. However, all of her best intentions and due diligence went to the way side. The first couple of weeks were very shaky. I chalked it up to new property, new crew and would get better. Now three months later, service is worse. The weeding really never happened , if it did , it was very spotty. That Only happened because I was home and was able to ensure it did. Trimming of the bushes..... again happened once and again because I was home. The lawn mowing sub par at best. Grass left behind on the The lawn, causing brown spots, lots of missed spots, not to mention not mowing parts of the lawn at all, because they were to lazy to walk over and u lock gate number two. Oh and when they did unlock it, neglected to close it upon leaving the property to which my dogs were ecstatic to go for a run around the neighborhood. This happens not once, not twice even after notifying them of the happenings. Not cool. The edging/trimming once again sub par at best. Sometimes it happened, but mostly did not. All of these occasions and issues were reported to them via emails and phone call. Each time I was assured that the items of concern would be addressed and that the supervisor would call me to follow up. No call, no follow up, now no more customer. I will be following up again come Tuesday for a refund of services not rendered. Of course the payments due to them were taking out of the account each month. What happened to getting what you pay for and the expectation that if you pay for a service , you get what you signed up for. There were two weeks that we did t receive service at all. Issues with the machines. Really!!! Ok enough. My suggestion to is to stay clear of this company. Total rip off. Ps. Do not hire Your Green Team unless you want them to destroy your lawn and property! Here are the issues I have experienced. The crews are careless and reckless. They have destroyed my sprinkler system by continually running over them and have run equipment into my fence gate. They ran over a fiber optic cable which cut off my internet. I also paid extra for them to trim bushes and kill weeds in flower beds, which they only did like two times. Because of this, a bush grew out of control and shredded and destroyed my flag. This was a service I paid extra for and had to request them do their job each time. This is extra money they pocketed for not doing the work they were hired to do. Your Green Team will ignore you when you contact them about damages and will say you never contacted them. When you upload proof to the Better Business Bureau that you have contacted them, they will then deny any wrong doing and say that the irrigation system is improperly installed when it was completely fine before I hired them. They have no accountability so don't let them destroy your property too! Further more, this is a prepaid service that bills you in advance. My credit card expired. Keep in mind that any other prepaid service, will contact you before your card expires or will cut off service if an account is not paid in full. This company waited two weeks to contact me to update my card. At that time, they proceeded to bill me in arrears, for a prepaid service, for a whole entire month. This is very deceptive and unwarranted. Again they are charging for services that weren't fully done! Do your research before hiring them. You will see other customers have experienced the same issues that I have. I hope I can help future customers make an informed decision before hiring Your Green Team. I have had a contract with the Green Team for over a year and since that time, I have seen my grass deteriorate exponentially. I have called them back to take care of a worsening weed problem and each time, was told that they corrected the problem. In the pictures included, I intentionally posted these before cutting the grass so the weeds and yellowing grass can be easily seen. DANGER. If there is any company worse than this lot I would find it hard to believe. I was away for a year and when I returned I could not believe the condition my sod was in. I caughr the technician putting a sign in my yard say treated, the only thing he did as he then drove away and did not treat the yard. My neighbours told me they had been doing drive bye most months. I had to resod 3200 square feet of yard. they do not respond to emails and are very rude on the phone. I never got my money back. I've used them for most of the year and am finally cancelling. I should have done it a long time ago. Initially, on their first few visits they only mowed the front yard because they "couldn't figure out" how to open my gate. It turns out you have to open a latch.. just like on every other gate. Even if they were having issues, couldn't they have rung the doorbell and asked? Just laziness. When they come they are in and out in about 6 minutes. There are always patches that are not mowed, etc. It's just slopping, rushed work. They say they spray for weeds but I do not believe them because the weeds are growing same as always - likely sprayed with water. The final straw was that they've also just skipped my house on the last round even though they claim they mowed my lawn on the 6th, it is now the 15th and they have not been here yet this month. I'm trying to at least get what I paid back for the month refunded... if not I'll just dispute with my CC company since they didn't deliver on the service. read more

Bare minimum lawn service. In and out in 9 minutes leaving hedges overgrown, borders not edged, grass blown into the mulch, and even chopped up ornamental plants with a trimmer. Even after repeated emails to customer service and being assured the issues would be addressed the poor service continued. I spent a month in the heat creating landscape borders and laying 200 bags of black mulch to have them ruin it. Their price is said to include shrub trimming, edging, and bed weeding but they rush through with a lawn mower, blow off the sidewalk and leave. read more

This company is a joke. My grass is worse than it was before they started doing the treatments. All of the techs blame the previous one and say they will leave a note for the next one. Yet, my newly sodded grass is completely dead. I called to canceled they said it would take 24-48 hours to get a phone call back to confirm the cancellation because it's a 2 step process. This was 4 days ago. I called they said someone will return the call. A "manager" contacted me back today at 4:44pm. When explaining my frustration, she decided to disconnect the call. Your Green Team left a flyer in our mailbox (even though we're an HOA neighborhood that clearly states no soliciting) advertising a new customer special. We gave them a shot, they came out twice because after the initial visit we ended up with more bugs than before, and we opted to not use their service again. Flash forward to about a year later, I come home to one of their signs in our yard. Soon after that we started getting hounded about owing them $80 for service that we didn't agree to!!! They've now sent us to collections, saying we signed up for some kind of annual service. We absolutely did NOT sign up for anything!!!!!!
