So far, so good. Jason seems to be fair and responsible. He is a stickler for being precise.

Then, we were told the price went up so we had to pay $1623.00 more than our agreed contract. They took a wall out in the kitchen and never patched the ceiling then accused us of taking a nail and poking the holes in the ceiling. When the countertops were installed, they did a shoddy job gluing the L shaped seam, so now we have a rough surface and a gap. When they varnished the cabinets, no drop cloth was used, so now we have varnished stains on several areas of the new flooring. The cabinet doors all have gaps between the doors. We pointed out all these issues, but we were told there is nothing they can do about them. Even though there was a delay in the countertop delivery, we were without a kitchen for 6 weeks. There are more complaints, but too many to list. It looks beautiful from a distance, but don't get close! Their attention to detail has a lot to be desired. I feel this company does not take any pride in their work. Please take your business elsewhere.

Lowe's didn't even carry carpet the quality we got - we got Karastan and high-quality Stainmaster carpet and pads. First ask yourself this: what is important to you? If you are new to the area like us, your wallet is hemorrhaging with one out of three contractors not getting back to you with a quote; one outta three gives you a sky-high price because there is so much work out there and they just don't give a damn about you; but if you look hard enough, you'll find a third outfit that is hungry, takes cash, and will deliver the same or better product at a really good price. OK, C&CC might appear a bit sketchy but we saved hella cash and we love the final outcome. The carpet is stored at a huge warehouse - walk around, pick your carpet and the staff will help you to pick the best-in-breed they have on the floor. They buy after job / job lot from the big contractors/outfits and they'll pass those savings on to you. The installers were good ol' boys and they did scuff up our freshly painted walls a bit (I was initially angry but the scuffs could be washed or painted over) but they did do a good job on the install. I helped out a bit as I've installed carpet with my Dad when younger. They overcut the yardage we needed so we have carpet we can make area rugs from. Again, you can buy top-shelf carpet from C&CC and get it installed by others or get it installed by their associated installers. Lowe's and Kirkland's hires out their installs - if you read their reviews, the performance of their contractors can be spotty as well and you'll easily be paying triple... your choice on how you wish to spend your money. My wife is super happy with the outcome from C&CC and that is truly saying something.

I gave them Multiple opportunities to redeem themselves to no avail. The wrong Tile and grout color was laid down and the tile job was terrible. I investigated the tile brand and found it was a cheaper quality than what I had ordered AND different manufacture because the tile installer left materials in my garage. The hardwood flooring was installed ok, however Terrible finishing work and they recycled Old Dirty quarter round After I paid for all brand new materials. Too Lazy to cut and install new materials until after I tore it out myself and had them come back. I believe I was probably overcharged by at least $3,000. Nothing in writing for Change Orders. I am writing this review because every time I turn around I find problems and below subpar work. I also noticed that the negative reviews on this company have been scrubbed from the web. How they managed is by possibly removing those where names of employees are mentioned. In any event Be Very Careful when doing business with this company. If I find my review is removed it will be reported and I will repost.
