this lady is selling homes in Indiana. She never told us her business was from ky. she is under Keller and Williams.. before you get a real estate agent better check to make sure what state the realtor company if from. She did not tell us the truth from and her signs say your journey team with Keller and Williams She never shown my home. the other realtor should it. she never put the words describe my home on the internet used others.. She never seemed to care about the clients and what they need. she cost us over $650.00 to get the home ready to sell. which it did not. She did not check to be sure there was people that could afford are home or even if it was a real estate agent.. We had people that were looking at the neighbor homes for rent they saw are sign called her mother her mother knew nothing about the home. these people did not tell the renter that this man they had then with them was a real estate agent. they could not afford the 1,200thousand in rent. so how could they afford mine the appointment was set up. these were two ladies and a man they were only interested in furnace, water, heater garage.. the man was 15 minutes late no suit or dressed like a realtor the women had old clothes. the man had a note and a pen went back to his car got phone right down numbers.. we told ninki and her mom know one gets in the garage because we had boxes packed like she said and pets. they did not care! when these people come in they smelled like booze. it was boring down rain.. they moved the bed , broke lamps, open the patio door the floor was wet, they used the bathroom towel was wet. then they open the garage door to the garage then the big one to the house. they parked the suv to the garage with the garage open. the boxes were damaged and open and things stolen. when the neighbor saw them they closed the door and took off. we cold of lost are pets, because it was rainy they did not leave. I called ninki I told her what happened. then two hours she called and said they want to come back. I told her no. she said if you want the home to be sold then let them come back I said no. then on September 12 she said there is another couple that liked to buy your house for 107,000 I said no. I was asking 117,999 .she said they want you to pay for closing cost, home inspection, warranty, remove carpet, do the porch and appliances I said no. also pay for property tax.. she want me to pay for buyer to buy my home. I said no! I said we are done. she has not told us from the start.
I found out by the national board of realtor, you must live in the state where the homes are. the seller has a right to say no. and pick the times and what the buyer can see. the agent should not ask for the seller to pay property taxes, hoa, fees, inspection. warranty that comes out of the buyers pocket with their money and you never pay the buyer agent or the buyer to buy your home the agent works for you and the agent never tell another agent or people looking at your home while you are selling! but she did. i was told that a person has a right to cancel the contract any time, and she said so. but because she was so mad that she put we could not sell or buy a home for120 days.
then i found out that while our home was on the market she should have shown us homes which she never did.
so before you go with one of these better look at the big names first and have at least 3 or 4 different realtors not broker read more
