The shirt was brand new, but when I picked it up, it had worn out collar edges and a long streak down the front side. Ruined. Though I was cordial when bringing up this issue, the manager mocked my disappointment. The manager and clerk made several different excuses, including blaming it on me, and refused to replace my new shirt or take ownership over their mistake. With wrangling I eventually got a refund for (just) the drycleaning fee.
