I'm trying to find the right words for this because it saddens me to even do this considering how…read morenice the salon owner/stylist was to me while I was there in the salon. I emailed the salon with pictures of my bleached damaged hair. I was emailed back by Gina, the owner and experienced stylist. Asked for me to come in and sit in her chair to do a consultation. Which I proceeded to do. I was there and we talked for quite awhile about my hair and she even had other stylist chime in on what they thought. I wanted to cover my damaged bleached hair with a beautiful ombrè that I had picked out and showed the picture again and she agreed it would be ok to do and wouldn't damage my hair anymore being that it would be a color. So she went and got a price and came back and told me and it was $120. (I also spent an additional $40 on a product and hair brush as well as a tip) when she got through, (4.5 hours later) I was in a hurry to get somewhere so she didn't blow dry my hair. I rushed home and had time to go ahead and blow dry it, only to find out it was really un even with the coloring and didn't come down where I wanted it too and where we agreed. Also the color was very brassy/red. I texted her and told her about it as well as sent a picture and she agreed it wasn't what we thought it would be. So I went in the very next day to re color the top and try and get it more even and not so brassy/red. This also didn't work out as planned. She put me under the dryer for awhile and then I got back in her chair so she could finish blow drying to see how it turned out. It was super gray in places somehow and on top, was splotchy as she called it.(to me it's just a mess) Its very un even and un attractive. Its blonde in some places on my roots and dark brown in others. The whole back part of my hair on top close to roots, is still very blonde. She wasn't pleased with it either and asked for me to wear it for a week and see what I thought. Well I did but I still don't like it. So I texted her telling her that I was un happy with it and her only solution is for me to wait it out or to color it again on top even darker. Which my hair is pretty fried as it is and very un healthy. I don't want to color it 3X in a week. I don't think that's smart at all. So here I am with un even and very un attractive hair and out the money for the coloring. Also the 4.5 hours the first day and 3.5 the next. Very sadden with this because she seemed so genuine in the salon and now it's basically like everywhere else, they get paid and don't care what happens when you leave. It looks like I won't be returning ever again :(

She did the highlights then asked if we could come back a few days later bc my daughters hair was wet from the highlight work. I wondered why she didn't cut it before the highlights. So we came back 5 days later fir the cut and the first thing crystal did was spray water on my daughter's hair even tho she claimed that's why she couldn't do it the first time. I also told her that the highlights came out more blonde than in the example picture I sent her. She said she would have no problem re-toning to a darker color however she said she doesn't have any toner at the moment and would call back in 2 days max to reschedule to highlight the hair darker. It's been a whole week now and she hasn't called to reschedule not to mention it would be a total of 3 seperate trips just to make one hairstyle right. Never dealing w her again

I was referred to Drew by a friend of a friend that also has curly hair. I have been to many hair places such as Visible Changes etc. and he by far is definitely the best! When I first arrived he had me sit in the chair and then he got a chair and sat and looked at my hair eye level. Curly hair is not easy, one snip too short and you could walk out looking like a poodle. Not the look I want. Drew is the only stylist I will go to from here on out.

Thanks to my Manicurist/Pedicurist Nicky, she took care of my hands and feet, and now they are perfect, also Thank you Nicky, for the great massage on my feet and legs, and arms and hands. im sorry if i fell asleep several times, however, once the knots i didnt know i had in my feet, legs, arms, and hands were gone, i felt so relaxed and had fell asleep. I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled to submit this one to counteract the one bad…read morereview on record. My current barber is moving so I was looking to try a new place close to home. After reading the one negative review, it almost swayed me to try another place. I'm happy I came in, no appointment and had minimal wait time. There were two stylists working today and I enjoyed listening to each of their conversations with customers. Before calling me to the chair, my stylist took the time to sweep up the cut hair and clean up her station. She then listened to my cut preference and repeated it to me. I'm glad of that because I asked for a 1/2 on the sides but she repeated back a 1 1/2 length. I then received my cut, exactly as I expected along with cleaning up my ears, brows and neck. I had a very pleasant conversation and experience and will definitely come back for my next cut. As a bonus, my cut was $25 after tip, which was less than my last barber who had just raised their prices. The classic rock music was also a welcome vibe!
