Called to set an appointment and was told it lost 20% each year and was worth almost nothing. Nowhere on the gift cert.was that stated. This if fraud. These folks had our $150 for 5 years and not even an offer to compromise. Having owned a business of over 40 years, we have never given our customers the feeling that this was "your fault jerk,...... too bad" !!!!!!!! Really poor business folks and poor service.
