After searching far and wide for a nail salon that was convenient to my neighborhood, I settled for this establishment. In a word...meh. But I'll start at the beginning of my story: Following a harrowing 3 months of non-stop international travel, meetings, and presentations for work, my full set of sculptured nails was ruined. Knowing that I was in the proverbial "eye of the hurricane" with my work responsibilities, I decided that I needed to find a nail technician within walking distance from my flat, so I could better maintain my nails. Cut to the chase. My technician was high or drunk or something, because he was dosing off on me while we was filing my nails. Really??? He had a very limited grasp of English, so I was having a hard time communicating with him. No biggie, I'm a guest in his country... so i rolled with the punches. The manager assisted me with interpretation. Then scuttled off to the back room, where I was left on my own to contend with quite arguably the worst nail technician ever. The entire process of soaking off my old gel and reapplying new gel took 3 hours. To add insult to injury, the technician did not even fill down to my cuticles or file properly. I was left with chunky nails that looked like they needed a refill. When I complained to the perfectly bilingual manager, her proficiency in English suddenly disappeared. In my rudimentary grasp of Dutch, I understood that she was telling me that her English was not so good and a refund was not possible. Oh, I forgot to mention that I owed this business 65 euro that shoddy work. Insanity!!! My nail color was not included in the original agreed upon price of 50 euro. Sooooo peeved!!! Lastly, 4 Nails and Body also sells products to Nail Technicians and offers classes toward certification/licensure as a nail technician. Buy supplies from this establishment if you so choose, but do not - I repeat do not - allow them to teach you how to apply nails, or allow them to apply nails on you!

They speak little English and mostly Dutch but communication is not an issue since I am here to get nails done not to get mortgage. Overall, great experience! The guy who did my pedi scrubbed the heck lot of dead skin out of my feet and my feet feel soft and wonderful after all that nasty. The way they do pedi is a bit different than the states. They really SCRUB your feet but pay no attention to your calves ( salons in States massage your calves and lube them up)

The owner here took the powder off and shaped my nails beautifully. They look completely natural, even though they're acrylics. She was also very sweet and easy to talk to, and her newborn son is adorable!

I am from America and have been in Belgium for several weeks now. I finally decided it was time for…read morea gel mani/pedi and this is the place I chose. I am so happy I did! The gel mani was quick and came out beautiful, for only 25 euros! The pedicure was a bit more expensive, but my feet needed a lot of work from walking around so much and they really went the extra mile to clean them up. I also walked in without an appointment and they made time for me. I also didn't have enough cash on me so they allowed me to leave after it was done and come back after I visited an ATM. Will definitely be returning before I leave Belgium
