I enjoyed my mani n pedi here. If I'm ever back in the Altamonte springs area I will return! The staff are quiet not overly friendly like some nail salons but they are CLEAN and maticulous with their work which is most important to me. Their prices are what I'm use to $35 for a mani/pedi. The pedi massage is awesome! They massage each leg/foot for what feels like 5 mins each. They also use a lime when they use the foot scrub. I've never had that before and it was a nice added touch. I thought it was also great that they have ladies put on the protective gloves when getting gel manicures from the uv light. read more

I've been here twice the first time great work. Second time ok Each time I make an appointment and even though I have waited past my time it wasn't bad I understand. but the third time even with an appointment I waited for 35 minutes and I had to leave I made an appointment for a reason and if they cannot honor appointments then don't make them. My nails were done by a lady who was much more concerned about getting a transaction on her bank account disputed than paying attention to my nails. I showed her a picture of round nails and she made them distinctly pointed. Cut my cuticle while buffing down the acrylic. Then at the end charged me $45 when I was told on the phone it would be $25. I would have gladly waited for another lady if she wanted to finish her phone call first, at least then I would have gotten a decent set of nails. read more

Tried this place after reading reviews and I'm SO glad I did! The pedicure massage was extra long (I did get the next level up from standard pedi) it was wonderful! The only complaint I would have is...not being able to control the massage chair. I really look forward to the chair because I have a bad back and the remote for it is taped down in a position that it's hard to see and operate. I also got my first GEL manicure and it's amazing! Got a natural pink color in hopes it will last a while. My eyebrow wax was good, she missed a couple long hairs but the shape was nice. The place is clean and the staff is friendly!! Can't believe it's been 2 years! I've been coming back to this shop for that long. I gave them a second chance and I am so glad I did. Lynn is my go to girl. She is fantastic. The other girls are great as well and many of them have regulars so I suggest you call ahead for an appointment. There are some new faces within the last year but they only do pedis. This place is horrible now. I have been coming here for 2 years and management has shifted and great employees have left. They charge you more for every little thing and then they also increase their prices. The gentleman knew I had on headphones and he asked me a question while I had on headphones and basically added extra fees to the amount of my service. They are con artist and they want every single dollar. I will never come back to this place again because uptown Nails is a better establishment. I don't know what happened to management but they are losing customer service as the focus point. Other places charge much less for what they do. They don't even take off the callus on the bottom of your feet for the regular 27$ spa treatment pedicure. They literally just tickle your toes and take off polish for $27. That is the worst price I've ever heard and it doesn't have no services that makes sense. If I'm going to pay $37, it should be worth something. That service was the worst one and they can sit here and apologize and it won't add up because the manager herself was horrible speaking to me when telling me these prices and trying to validate what happened as if she was actually there. She was focused on doing someone else's toes but because she overheard a conversation she thought she understood what was going on. The gentleman added services to something without confirming that I said okay to it. He spoke with an accent and instead of making sure I understood him he just took it for face value my okay and thought that I was agreeing to pay more. I thought I was agreeing to a service that's already included in the $27 package because it was included in the past. So they increased their price and decreased the amount of services they provide to you in their price. This place is horrible. Save your time and your money. They literally do not change their service description on their brochure and keep everything the same but then add you separately for each item. read more

Absolutely loved going here today! I read a lot of good reviews on here and decided to give it a shot! BEST decision in my life! I'm 36 weeks (8 months) pregnant, my feet were horrendous to look at, even cracked. Very embarrassed but the lady who did my pedi was so sympathetic and understanding. Gave me a well needed massage! I want to have my acrylic soaked off and kept asking multiple times for the tour to not be used on my nails because it damages them but yet they still proceeded to use the tools. I'm now walking out with very thin nails which is not what I expected, I paid money in order to leave with strong nails. They offer pretty great service, but don't go here expecting spa level facility. It is clean and the girls are polite and efficient. i go here pretty regularly, they offer a frequent visit stamp card that is supposed to be for $10 off but don't really honor it. read more

Worst manicure I ever received. It was the first time I'd been in and it will definitely be the last. The guy sitting closest to the window, the older guy. He had no idea what he was doing. The polish was lumpy, globby, etc. I didn't say anything because I didn't want anyone to fix it. I went across the street to Dainty Nails and spa and had them fix it. I figured since this place is next to Publix, it would save me time. WRONG!! If you go here, ask for one of the girls. They seemed to have a better idea as to what a woman wants her nails to look it.
