She informed me the property I was asking about had just found a tenant, but asked what property features mattered to us so she could look around. The features that were important to us are pretty difficult to find in any rental property - allows large pets, and has private outdoor space - but she said she would see what she could find and give me a call back. Christine was very considerate and easy to communicate with, even over the phone (which I'm not great at). She went out of her way to help us out: later that day she did call me back with her findings, which were as close to our specifications as we could hope for. Next time we're in the property market, we'll definitely remember Christine!

She took the info on Tuesday, AM, and finally at 6pm, I called her. SHE HAD NOT DONE OFFER.I FOUND OUT THAT THE SELLER WENT WITH ANOTHER OFFER, AND I LOST OUT ON THE PROPERTY.
