I was…read morehaving some issues with my laptop and as a student it was very important for me to get it taken care of quickly, and the team at CPR was awesome about keeping me updated with the status of my repair and getting it taken care of as soon as possible. The entire process was about a week - once the part arrived it only took them an hour to actually complete the repair. I took my laptop right before they closed on the day I went and by the next morning they called me to give a quote. They were so friendly and professional and seemed to genuinely care every step of the way. The only things I'd recommend to those going to CPR is to call instead of using the 'estimate' feature on their website - I didn't get a response there but when I called they answered immediately and they let me know that while I could schedule an appointment, they were able to meet with me as a walk-in in the same amount of time. Their phone response time is very quick - in the few instances they didn't pick up, they returned my call within ten minutes each time. The other thing is that it's a little hard to hear them on the phone, but that's just a minor thing to be mindful of. I highly recommend!

Every employee in the store was super knowledgeable about the products and services offered. They were extremely helpful in getting a Netgear Nighthawk hot spot set up and transferring over phones from family members to my AT&T account. Everything went smoothly and all devices have worked flawlessly since leaving the store. I couldn't be happier. If you need expert advice on cellular products this is the store you should visit.

Before making sure that my phone would work on the service I was charged $75. I asked for a refund after I was told that my phone was locked and couldnt be activated, I was told by the manager that I couldn't get a refund because it was against policy. I asked if I could get a "free" phone instead and was told that I would have to pay an additional 100 dollars. I left the store with no phone service and robbed of $75 dollars!!
