The gentleman who 'just covers the phone' and 'doesn't know about the hardware', as he told me, proceeded to give me the run around when I asked him to personally pass my message along. I got the feeling like he was trying to get me off the phone, and not accept a cash in hand paying job. So I can't recommend you try and contact R&D for anything. In the 24 hours and 3 total phone calls I made, I was spoken to like a child. I don't appreciate someone I want to give money to treating it's customers so poorly so if you experience the same treatment I did, I am sorry to hear that for you.
