I called customer service regarding the broken glass bead, and the interaction with a representative named Lydia was awful. When I tried to explain the situation, she told me she was confused about what I was saying. I patiently broke it down and explained it more clearly, only for her to act even more confused about why I was explaining it to her. Instead of trying to help, she became short, incredibly rude, and pretty much hung up on me at the end of the call. I expected much better quality and service from this company.

The job was done within a couple of days (I think I got lucky) and the price was fair. When I returned to pick them up, I bought a necklace for my daughter and some supplies so my granddaughter could make a bracelet. Great experience all around.

So when I found out they could help me with jewelry repair I was very excited!! I had been looking forever for help. Staff are ALWAYS very Nice! They are always accommodating and they do beautiful work. In the past I had been turned down from Jewelers because while my metal is not 100% gold. I do have genuine gemstones and a lot of silver. That is why I'm so excited I found Harlequin. They are more than happy to help out, give suggestions and their turnaround time is exceptional. I like that it was very spacious walking in between tables of merchandise. As I walked around the store, I found a couple of ladies working in the middle section of the store and if this was a class going on. They did say that it was a quilt class going on. They had plenty of room in between each student. The store had plenty to offer, especially in materials. I have a sewing machine and haven't used it much and very much a beginner. Although I did not purchase anything, I did enjoy looking at the different themed materials they offered. The prices of some of the items I looked at seem to be average.. There is only street parking. The store is located on a very busy street.
