Luckily people canceled and I was able to make a reservation at 6:30. We were seated aright away and looked at a menu with many options. We did a la carte items and looking back I would have done the 5 course meal. The chefs are truly artists, all of the food was prepared to our exact liking and was exquisitely displayed. They have options for everyone; red meat, chicken and vegetarian. The tuna starter and shrimp was my absolute favorite. I did take away one star because it is a very slow process. Yes it is beautiful to watch and I enjoy the process but 2.5 - 3 hours is quite a long time. Also, if there are two different groups they cook the food separately and it takes longer. I highly recommended if you are looking for a nice dining experience. I wouldn't go back but only because it is rather expensive and I was lucky enough to have experienced it once.
