I had a really great experience at this tag agency. I ordered new car registration tags at OKCars online and I forgot that my car's title was still in my mom's name. I received a USPS email with a picture of the mail but it wasn't delivered to my home because it had my mom's name on the front. I called the Yukon Tag Agency, and they said they hadn't received it back from USPS just yet but that they'd keep an eye out for it. I feared it was lost. What was so unexpected was when they emailed me saying it was returned to the tag agency. I was thrilled! I was able to go pick it up. They greeted me kindly and gave me great advice on how to switch the title to prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you kind employees! You've been quite helpful. read more

This agency always seems to make any task the most difficult. I wouldn't think to write a review for a tag agency but yet again they make an easy task of registering a vehicle a circus requiring things that NO other agency requires. I went to Main Street tag and had no issue. Agency on Expressway also didn't require what Yukon Tag was demanding. read more

Honestly, I would go to MUSTANG TAG AGENCY...the ladies at Yukon Tag agency are incompetent! The agency cost my family a late penalty because they lost our paperwork! Very kind employees who are more than happy to give you the worst advice. After getting married, I came to change my name on my DL and Title. I changed my middle name to my maiden name and took my husband's last name. Wow, has something so simple been a ridiculous headache. Apparently, to change your middle name, you have to go to DPS instead of a Tag Agency. First, they did offer to change my name, but to leave the middle name. (FYI this would be a fraudulent/illegal driver's license as it would have a name other than my legal name on the court order.) When I declined that offer, they recommended that I drive to DPS in Hinton, OK. They said it was a 30 minute drive, but I would be seen a lot faster. I got to the tag agency at 3:30. I think I left around 3:45, and they said I should be able to make it to Hinton and get everything taken care of before close. I did not make it to the Hinton DPS before they closed at 4:30. It's a solid 45 minute drive, and I was not driving slowly. So I've wasted an hour an a half total driving out to Hinton and got nothing accomplished. Even if I wasn't so salty about driving to Hinton, I can't give any business more than one star when they offer to give you an illegal license as a solution. read more

I generally hate going into tag agencies because of long wait times and rude staff, but this one is the exception. They were very helpful, I interacted with 3 separate employees and everyone of them were chipper and helpful. Highly recommend this branch. read more

i called to get information, because i lost my DL, and they were so nice and so helpful. unfortunately they couldn't get me in without an appointment, but the lady i spoke to was so nice and gave me different options of places that might be able to take me in. i wish i got her name. read more

The ladies in this agency run on their own schedule. In between looking up information they sit and talk and laugh like no one is waiting for them. It doesn't matter to them that 10 people are waiting, stories about what they did over the weekend took precedence over customers. They obviously get paid by the hour. They can't figure out information on their own or figure out anything themselves! They sent me on a wild goose chase over an $87 late fee and objected when I just wanted to pay it. I spent an entire morning just to get a tag. Plus they didn't know that a chevy traverse was a vehicle not a trailer. Um ya. I'll drive a bit further next time. read more

The best tag agency in the metro. They are fast and friendly, even when people are being unreasonable. I watched the man next to me in line rant and rave about something that was clearly his fault. The lady helping him was very polite and tried to help him understand what he needed to do, even though he wouldn't listen. I use them all the time and have never had a bad experience. read more

should be zero stars:( do not go to! they refuse to correct their errors, saying you have to go to the state. was transferring our nj car title to oklahoma and they again only put one name on the new one. did this for our other car also. absolutely no customer service skills, and i doubt they can even spell it :((( read more
