Great Asian buffet!
Went here for dinner with a group of friends. The dinner buffet costed €16,80 which isn't breaking your bank for what they have. When you go in through the doors they have a bike/scooter helmet rack with locks on them which I thought was pretty cool because I've never seen those in any restaurant in Paris so far.
Their staff is VERY friendly besides the mix-up we had when we got seated and the waiter asked if we wanted anything to drink and we asked for water and it never came but we later found out for water you have to get it yourself towards the back of the restaurant.
As for food and drinks, they carry a lot of different soda and alcoholic beverages. They carry French fries which are a staple for any type of buffet. They carry white rice (not Jasmine), red/orange rice, and pork fried rice. They also have sweet and sour chicken, hot & sour soup which was really yummy, Korean beef that they say is bulgolgi but more tender like steak, peppered beef, stuffed shrimp, and a lot of other spicy shrimp dishes in the back of the buffet line. They also have stir fried but I didn't try any. All the meats I tried were excellent and I have to point out the sweet and sour chicken because that tasted especially good.
They also carry lots of different types of sauces like Tabasco, ketchup, mustard, mayo, any soy sauce.
Their sushi isn't the greatest and with me not being a fan of avocado, I would've liked it if it was replaced with cucumbers like how I eat them back at the states. The taste of the sushi wasn't that bad either! The salmon tasted like how it did back at home. It didn't have a super fresh taste to it, but good enough to not only take one bite.
Dessert! They have ice cream cones and tiny ice cream bowls. Their cones come in either vanilla/chocolate and vanilla/strawberry. Their bowls are vanilla and strawberry from what I've seen my friends try. According to them, the vanilla and strawberry bowl ice cream is "very fluffy and melts in your mouth." I'll take it from their faces while they were eating that they liked it a lot. The vanilla/chocolate cone comes with chocolate chips on top and has chocolate at the bottom of the cone. It's like the ones you get at the supermarket, but just not the same brand. I ate too of them so it was THAT good.
My overall thought about this buffet was that it's a really good one for the price. All the food was amazing, but my friends had other things to say about it. I don't go to Asian buffets too often back at home, but this place wasn't all too bad for what we got. Their staff was very friendly and spoke English pretty well for those who aren't too adept in their French and they gave chocolate at the end when you're checking out! Definitely give this place a try if you're in the area! read more
