The lunch special that I get is also ok - a large serving for not so many dollars, but it's pretty heavy on the rice and sauce and pretty light on the meat and vegetables; again, standard practice by Chinese restaurants throughout Australia. The restaurant itself is quite dark, with faded decor. But it's clean with a good amount of noise - not so much that you can't talk, not so little that it's too scary to talk, lest the rest of Forestville find out about your STD or that your dentist is having an affair with her assistant. Once again it did not disappoint :-)) All of our friends also loved their meals. They serve classic thai dishes with good quality ingredients and, have a selection of dishes with organic meats as well. The menu is extensive and there are daily specials. My favourites here are the Massaman with organic lamb, Chilli basil prawns, fish or chicken salad and green curry to name a few. Service here is super friendly and, they have a small but well priced wine menu. You can BYO of course and corkage is $4 pp. Most of their wine is under $40 per bottle including some organic wines and so, probably not worth doing the BYO. This place is not cheap and is a bit upmarket. I don't mind paying for good food and service. It's often very busy in here and they do offer takeaway food. I will keep coming back here if they keep serving good food :-)) One of my favourite restaurants in Mosman.

The kids prefer it - though their top choice off the menu is spring rolls, which weren't Thai at all last time I checked. The dry noodles was simple and tasteless but the texture of the noodles was very good. The clams were not spicy at all, the sauce tasted bland. Prices were slightly higher than the average Chinese restaurants. Service was good. The waitresses were attentive. The restaurant was child friendly and tastefully decorated. Parking can be a pest. You are lucky if you can score a park in the street but there is a parking area very close. It often looks full but somehow you can score a park. Eating there is very pleasant as there are windows that are open along the side of the restaurant where the tables are lined up.
