I told them I had propane for 20 years and never had to do that and never ran out in all that time. When I talked to them in regards to selling my house and the steps I would need to take if the new owners didn't want them for their propane company they simply said to call them with the date and they would get the tank and gas and refund me for the price paid. Well imagine my surprise when I was charged $75.00 for labor and $92.20 restocking fee! They also knew I was moving out of state and would never use their service again.
