Also they are so laid back that You should be able to talk about any issues you may have. Anywho we were greet upon entry and the staff was very helpful and polite.. the checking process was very easy. The lounge was clean, the place was well lit. The wait time was not long at all. I love the fact that they take us all back as a family together. Princess was very good with my kiddos. They had a very good experience with the X-rays and the teeth cleaning. Everyone was cool and didn't have any complaints. Dr. Michael is amazing with the kiddos. We love the fact that he is so gentle and patient with them. Wyatt was nervous but he made him comfortable enough to open is mouth and let him check him out. Kenn got his teeth cleaned and Wasvery nice and pleasant. They let Kenn know that every he needs done next. So he will be back to get his tooth filled and the chip fixed. So now it's my turn to get a cleaning. Rebecca did my cleaning and usually I dread the polishing and initial cleaning because it seems so painful. This time was good it did not bother me at all. I have a hole in my back wisdom tooth that's hurting right now so I'll be back to get it pulled. I need a couple of things done to get my mouth straight and Dr. Rabel and I have talked and devised a great plan to get me where I need to be so let's geaux I'm an ready. This experience was even greater than the first. When I tell y'all..... I'm an so thankful he fixed my minor imperfections from the first time. Due to Covid that year everything was shut down. I had a tooth that broke, one cracked and the other chipped off... So long story short the teeth were very sensitive to me brushing, eating and drinking.
