The restaurant itself is very unique on the inside. We had a goose sausage soup and a vegetable soup- both were amazing. For dinner we had sea bass and chicken- again both dishes were a delight. Together along with some drinks made more a memorable night out in Krakow. I highly recommend you try this place! Thanks again Patrick for a lovely meal.

Started with both red and white wines but quickly moved to bourbons and vodkas. We had this expensive vodka where people were doing shots. Was it good? Maybe?! Appetizers were yummy. There was plenty to share among the group. They came out fairly quickly. I was pretty full from the apps that I ordered fish which turned out to be the perfect choice. Nobody complained about their food. The dessert was an interesting setup of what looks like an eggs nest. At first we thought, how can I eat this? Turned out to be sweet and really nice. Highly recommend this place for groups and for romantic dinners.

I stopped in based on online reviews and reviewing their menu outside. My lunch experience definitely did not disappoint! Bread came our fresh and piping hot which was perfect for a chilly day. I was tempted on the tasting menu, but knew I wasn't hungry enough to enjoy it. Instead I ordered two specials: the Polish Rye soup with quail eggs and chicken livers over toast. The soup was absolutely delicious, as were the chicken livers. The service was fantastic. I hope to see Appertif in more reviews in the future, as it is certainly deserving.

Aperitif is one of those places where you can seek for shelter in winter and have their hot (as in…read moreslightly spicy) fish/seafood soup, AND also spoil yourself with a very affordable chicken burger (grilled chicken breast in ciabatta) from their lunch menu in their little back garden, weather permissible. It has a Mediterranean-like feel in terms of the interior and this is also reflected in the seasonal menu that keeps changing from time to time. What I appreciate about this place is that I always feel very welcome and taken good care of while dining. The staff are professional and eager to help and communicating in English is not a problem. Aperitif is also an excellent place to organise larger dinner parties (i.e. for 60 people if even more!?) For such occasions they compose really nice menus with a few choices for each course which eases the speed at which everyone makes their order. Everyone wins! The chocolate fondant is an absolute hit by the way- this alone is worth the visit!

We kinda just came for drinks and a app. I suggest making reservations as this place is busy!! Luckily we got seated pretty much after we got there as we had a reservation. They have some outdoor seating but lots inside. Cool, noisy vibe . This is one of the places your told to go when looking up bars and restaurants in Krakow. So maybe a but touristy too. Our group had a G&T, Prosecco , French 75 and a Negroni. All made well but did take awhile to come out. We also ordered some carbs ! Fries and their traditional mushroom Zapikanki, which translates to mushroom casserole. Even though it comes on bread! This is delicious ! Creamy buttery mushrooms with cheese and greens in top. Yum. Nice thick cut fries too. Glad we checked this place out. It was a little loud and the device a little slow. Definitely a happening place though !

Also there's a secret hall downstairs. I really enjoyed this place, visited it at least 3 times during my short stay in the town. Also, they have some social events on the top floor. Great people work there. I love this place and definitely recommend it!

Our restaurant is located in this remarkable place where the history of Poland, Krakow and the illustrious Princes Czartoryski intertwine. We are part of a complex of buildings situated close to St. Florian’s Gate, the Barbican and the Royal Route which leads to the Wawel Castle. Exhibited nearby is the priceless museum collection of the Princes Czartoryski Foundation. The ancient Czartoryski family, which founded the collection, is related to the Polish King Władysław Jagiełło, the progenitor of the Jagiellonian dynasty which ruled Poland, Lithuania, Bohemia and Hungary from the 14th to the 16th century, as well as the royal house of the Bourbons and many other European aristocratic families. Over a span of two centuries, the Czartoryski gathered a collection of works of art of Polish and world heritage, manuscripts, old prints and national memorabilia. By far the most precious object of this collection is the ‘Lady with an Ermine’ by Leonardo da Vinci.
