Really quite nice. They have a wide variety of sandwiches available. I tried their "New Yorker" sandwich, which was very tasty, fresh ingredients, good across the board. It's also pretty quick...less than a 5 minute wait and I visited around 11:30 a.m. Only docking 1 star because the sandwiches were kinda small, although they were priced fairly well. Note that the cafe is located in the lower floor of the larger building, so it's a little tricky to find. This place has a lot to offer! Their menu is impressive and they have a little bit of everything. My co-worker and I walked over about 11:30am. I'd read another review saying this place gets busy between 12:00-2:00pm, so I wanted to make sure we got there a little early. There were a few other people looking at the menu, so it was pretty calm. I ordered the Turkey Breast Panini. I wish it came with a side - even if it was just a bag of chips - so I also ordered a side of french fries. My total cost was $9.82. The sandwich is a bit pricey and I don't think they put a lot of turkey on it to be worth $6.88, but it was tasty. I did enjoy the fries! They were cooked to perfection and very crispy! I added some salt because it looked like they were just plain. My co-worker and I sat outside on the patio and enjoyed a beautiful, sunny, warm day (77 degrees!) in Feb! We left about 12:30pm and the place was PACKED!!! There was a huge line and lots of people standing around waiting for their food. If you want fast service without a crowd, definitely stop by before Noon! And if you want to eat outside, get there before their busy hours. I would come back for lunch, try a new menu item and grab office snacks since they have a good selection to choose from. Very nice and well-kept deli tucked in an office building complex. Staff are super friendly and as other reviewers note, there is a good selection and portions are generous. Convenient to walk to if you're in the surrounding office buildings and nice seating area and view: it's a nice break in the middle of the day and a good way to get some fresh air. read more

I've been here a few times while working at a client in the building, either for lunch or early in the morning when the client's office suite wasn't open yet. I'm not sure when the deli itself officially opens, but in my experience the building's doors open to the public at 7 AM and the deli has been open when I've gone in shortly after 7. They have a pretty wide variety of menu items, including paninis, wraps, sandwiches, etc. They also have a pretty huge selection of candies and snacks, and even some aspirin up front. The breakfast menu includes sandwiches, pancakes, and omelets. I've had the omelet twice and it's been delicious and hot (they make it to order), but a bit expensive in my opinion--although this may be because it's supposed to come with potatoes and toast and I always get it without those. Service is usually pretty quick if it's not too busy, but it does get super busy during the lunch rush hour, and I have even seen some short lines around 8:30. The staff I've encountered have been friendly and polite. There's plenty of seating and the seating area is surprisingly nice, with tables, hightops, and comfy seats in the middle. There are 2 TVs that play C-SPAN in the morning. The coffee of the day is self serve and nothing too remarkable. The free wifi is pretty reliable, even with VPN. The deli is located on the Terrace level; I used the stairs adjacent to suite 130 to get down from the 1st floor. Overall, a pretty good place to hang out in the morning if you're in the building, and a decent place for lunch. read more

I go here for work lunch often and the staff is always very nice and the food tastes pretty good. The service is fast and the portion size is good. They have a daily special meal that is usually a combo with a side dish. They also have "soup of the day". The chicken philly sandwich and chicken parma sandwich are my favorites. read more

Everything you need a deli in an office building to be. Food is good and varied, atmosphere very pleasant. Staff is very accommodating. It does get busy, so work around the noon hour or call ahead. The deli is okay in a pinch. I was out and about and saw this place and it looked nice because of the "pond" side seating. I had the daily special which was a pastrami, corned beef and provolone sub that came with pasta salad and chips (chip crumbs). The price was average as I've seen worse in this area. I am rating this a three for now as it did not blow me away. I would have to say that this would not be a destination for me but would try again in passing. read more

Where do I start? The place is spotless from top to bottom. The food, high quality and priced reasonably. They even have a little market where you can pick up snacks and goodies of all sorts. Another go to spot for lunch is Reston! Place is usually pretty busy and is hidden inside a building. There is a great amount of seating area and there is a fountain right outside where you can eat too. This deli has a huge variety on the menu, and everything is done very well at reasonable prices. They have of the menu specials of the day that are quite popular if you are a regular like me and looking to change up things. I usually go with the gyro combo as it's the best deal, delicious gyros with have a takeout box of thick cut fries and a fountain drink for $8.99. They have baklava, fresh cookies and all sorts of sweets too. Quick and efficient deli with hot food and a great big seating area that isn't overly packed that is rare at lunch time in Reston! read more

Zaina's Deli & Café is a wonderful café that's hiding in plain sight! Located right on Sunrise Valley Drive (directly across the street from Lake Thoreau pool), this café serves tasty sandwiches and salads. In addition, they have a grill where you can get grilled cheese sandwiches, French fries and other made-to-order items. I love the subs and salads & my daughters enjoy the grilled cheese sandwiches. They have a wide variety of chips, bottled drinks & sodas. We love going there for lunch & sitting out on their patio. The tables are covered with umbrellas & look out over a water fountain & small pond. It's a beautiful setting! You could also pick up a sandwich as you walk to the new Silver Line metro stop at Wiehle Avenue. read more

A very good deli in the local area. Their menu is extensive, significantly more extensive than you'd think in a deli. And most of the items i've tried here were very good. If you go here during the middle of lunch hour, though, it can sometimes get backed up. It seems to be a popular spot for the many people who work in the area to grab a quick lunch. read more
