Zana managed a very complex listing that took significant preparation, diligence and coordination to facilitate and make successful. We had tried to list our property 3 years earlier with one of the prominent high end brokers in town (property was over 2M) and the property languished on the market and we ultimately removed it after receiving 1 offer 15% below asking. We brought Zana in for a new perspective and she went right to work. She negotiated a new easement agreement with a neighbor that allowed a fence line to be put up and change the experience of the entry of the house. She coordinated the contractors for the fence, negotiated a shared payment model for the fence with the neighbor and aligned a host of additional contractors to allow us to get the house sale ready.
