We had Lawn Masters come and spray for weeds. In a few days, large areas where they had sprayed…read morehad killed the grass - not the weeds. First they looked and said there was no reason the grass should have died so there were going to look into who sprayed and with what. They said they sent another man out to look and he said it was diseased (only where they had sprayed, coincidently). Their fix was to kill the whole lawn, aerate it, and slit seed it. They would never let me speak to the owner, Jerry, and he never bothered to contact us. Now, Jerry has instructed his staff not to do any more work for us. We spent hundreds to have it treated, only to have it die off. But, no reimbursement for that - of course. The staff is very friendly and I've heard good things about Lawn Masters, so go ahead and roll the dice, but I would strongly recommend finding another company.
