We decided to grab a sandwich from this place after an incredibly positive referral from a good…read morefriend of ours. It was around lunchtime on Friday and the place was full of customers, which doesn't take many people considering it is quite small. It is a little cafe/take-away shop a couple doors up from Bardwell Park station yet it is surprisingly quiet considering its location. There isn't a great deal of seating so I would be mindful when going as peak hours could make it quite difficult to grab a table. However, they do keep some tables and chairs out the back just in case they encounter a few extra customers than they expected. It had a simple yet modern style & decor with Italian music playing softly in the background - my kind of atmosphere! Known for its excellent sandwiches, it features a black board showcasing around 10 different sandwiches for the picking. There are also various Italian style sweets available for purchase for those that would oblige. Of course, you have your standard selection of hot and cold beverages, coffees included. We decided to grab a chicken wrap costing us $10 each which is great value considering the size of these wraps. They are very large & packed with plenty of ingredients. The chicken was cooked perfectly, the vegetables were fresh, the bread was spot of and the sweet chilli sauce was delicious! And to think it only cost $10 - a "value for money" miracle in this day and age! To compliment the great chicken wrap was the coffee that followed. A great little coffee with plenty of flavour to finish off the great lunch. Also, the staff at the counter were very welcoming with an overtly passionate demeanour about them which really created a positive atmosphere across the cafe. This was something that really added to our experience on the day, it's amazing how much value "passion" can add to a business. This may have been the first time I have been to Pinocchio Cafe, but it will certainly not be my last - excellent service, delicious food & very attractive prices!

It seems to be a hang out ( at least in the mornings ) for a lot of the local tradesman. No issue with that, but don't expect to see any hipsters here. Menu has good variety and reasonable portions so you won't have to go to maccas afterwards. Given the lack of competition the place could be slack and get away with it, but happy to say that the really make an effort to provide good experience.

We sat down at about 12:30pm Monday afternoon for a quick coffee and some lunch. There were a number of customers seated in doors & out but due to the size of the cafe, there was still plenty of seating for us. There was house music playing softly which gives me the impression that there is a bit more of a younger crowd populating this cafe - never the less, it did create quite a cool atmosphere around the place. We were waited on immediately by a cheerful young lady & started of with some coffees. Some good news for coffee lovers, Frappe cafe serves Campos Coffee and they know how to make a good mug so I was very impressed with the coffee. I went with the Energy Breakfast & my mate ordered the Lamb Souvlaki Wrap. The food was out on our table within 15 minutes of ordering. My dish was delicious, the chicken was perfectly cooked & the scrambled egg whites followed suit. My mate's lamb souvlaki must have been nice considering it barely lasted a few minutes on his plate before it was finished. The serving sizes were relatively standard but definitely big enough. The pricing was standard as well for a cafe in the area, with dishes ranging between $15 - $25 depending on what you order. Overall, this is just a great cafe to check out if you're around. Not far off being outstanding, it just lacked a bit of originality & uniqueness. However, it has a lively ambience to it, the service was attentive & timely, the food was quality & I had no complaints with the pricing - I definitely recommend this one!

Not much of a coffee drinker, yet Macchina is a Saturday morning holy grail paradise after a bout of early morning shopping at the nearby Woolworths supermarket. A latte love at $3 a pop with unlimited water is paradise. A great way to kill the challenge of trains coming once every half an hour...but catch 22, you live in the next suburb, yet it's a bit heavy carrying your groceries home by walking. You have to wait for the train. A latte at Macchina is a pleasant way of waiting for the train back home with groceries in tow. The cakes and other delicacies are appetising, and their latte is just bliss. I love their iced chai drinks too. When I first came here last year, a small size was $5 (extremely filling) with a large for only 50 cents extra. However, I walked here one Sunday afternoon from my home, and I was wanting a small iced chai, yet was informed that they only come in "one" size. Slightly disappointed, even though it's only 50 cents of separation. The large was larger than life, yet still delicious.

When i first walked I thought that this was going to be a bad experience. But I was 100% wrong! This is amazing coffee, amazing food and overall a great experience. The staff here are extremely friendly, and clearly love and have fun with what they do. I will definately be coming here again, when I am in the area. The only problem was trying to find parking. This was a bit tricky, but completely worth it.

Firstly, the interior fit out of this cafe is impressive, to say the least. The cafe boasts a premium, luxurious industrial type feel to the cafe, from the brick feature walls to the rustic long timber dining table in the middle of the cafe. The dining area is always the talking point when we take friends here for the first time. The coffee here is really good. I've never had a cappuccino that didn't hit the spot, the coffee art is really cool too, with lots of time taken to pour the milk perfectly over the coffee. My most recent meal at Boschetto was the Southern Style Fried Chicken Ciabatta roll. Being a fan of southern style chicken, I thoroughly enjoyed the combination of the crispy fried chicken with the melted cheese and honey mustard mayonnaise. I couldn't fault this meal and usually order it when I'm not in the mood for breakfast (which is served here as well, and equally as good) or a full fledged lunch. I've yet to try many of the wonderful desserts on offer at Boschetto, because I'm usually way too full from my main meal. I have sampled the freshly baked chocolate muffins on occasion, which were really fresh and full of melt in your mouth chocolate pieces. The service here is great and we always have a pleasurable experience every visit. I look forward to many more meals here in the future.
