That said, there's a locally made cola+orange peel flavor soda called United No. 2 that was divine. And there are four Moon Brothers sodas that seem pretty cool. Bathrooms: Generally clean and functional, but single occupancy, one each for male and female, so can be problematic if the venue is full. My female friends tell me they've got feminine hygiene products in the female bathrooms.

You feel as though you're sitting in an old mountain pub rather than a restaurant. It's a magnificent atmosphere in which to enjoy a Polish meal. ​They have a full bar, so you can order drinks with your dinner. They first brought out bread with smalec (a spread of rendered bacon fat) to start. Then, I had a cup of red beet soup, it was fabulous, just like Grandma would make. The main courses were cooked to perfection. I had the pork in a white sauce with mashed potatoes, the pork was very tender, and the sauce was a great accompaniment. My wife had the cheese and potato pierogies, which were mouth-watering, and my son had the schnitzel with a fried egg and mashed potatoes. ​The portions are huge, and everything was absolutely delicious. We're already looking forward to coming back the next time we're in Łódź. It was a great meal and the service was good, only complaint was the cheesy 80's music that kept repeating the same songs and our salad didn't come with dressing but they brought us some on request.
