This Thai restaurant is in a strip mall in Greenfield. The restaurant is small inside with about a dozen tables. Adam, our server, was super friendly and attentive. Lunch specials come with soup, salad and spring roll, in addition to the entree. I had the Pad Kee Mao with Chicken. My meal had an offensive metallic taste which I narrowed down to the baby corn. I couldn't get past the flavor even after removing the corn, so the entree did not hit the mark for me. The soup and spring roll were good. My husband had the Chicken Pad Thai, which he enjoyed. The lunch portions are huge. The dining room got a little loud when it filled up. There is plenty of parking.

My wife and I stopped in here for dinner and were PLEASANTLY surprised! It was very good. Our service was top notch, ambience was very fitting and the food quality was incredible. Check this place out, it's worth it and we will be back!

First time trying this. I've lived in Greenfield my whole life, but just decided to try it. Pros: - The portions are HUGE - Quiet environment - Quick service Cons: - Miso soup & salad is ONLY served at lunch, not at dinners - We ordered food for 7 people. 2 meals came out 15 minutes before the other 5 meals, which was odd

Hostess was dressed adorably. I love the Thai ambiance. Friendly and nice service. Gluten free friendly. I would eat here again if we lived closer!

If you are in Greenfield, this is a really solid option for lunch or dinner. I was really pleasantly surprised by how delicious the appetizers were. We tried the Rangoon, spring rolls, and dumplings, and they were all really satisfying. For our main courses, my three friends and I were really happy. My drunken noodles were the perfect amount of chewy and spicy, and the helping of shrimp was generous. The green curry and red curry were both very flavorful as well. A word to the wise: take the spice ratings seriously here. There is a rating of zero to six. I am pretty spice tolerant, and so I felt confident ordering my drunken noodles at a level two, and it was challenging. I would definitely go with a one next time. However, if you love Thai spice, this is the spot for you. Our service was outstanding. She was attentive, the food was very fast, and she was enthusiastic and friendly. I was also pleasantly surprised by the bill. Despite ordering an appetizer and a beverage, my meal was still well under thirty dollars with the twenty percent tip. That's tough to find these days. Overall, I think this is my new favorite Thai restaurant. I highly recommend!

Orange chicken, pad thai, yellow curry

Good food and great service. I highly recommend the orange chicken! My yellow curry wasn't my favorite, but it could be that I just don't like curry.

Communication from the ownership and manager. Continued to argue even after I left from getting our refund.

Best restaurant in Greenfield fairly comfortably. The portion sizes are huge, enough for 2 meals usually, and the ingredients taste fresh.

I decided to try Baan Thai Bistro after reading a few reviews, and it turned out to be a great decision. I called in an order for carry out. When I saw the quaint interior I wished that I had time to dine in. The building is beautiful, inside and out. The unique decor was practically beckoning me to sit down and enjoy a relaxing meal. I ordered spring rolls and drunken noodles with tofu. The spring rolls were light and crispy. I would recommend ordering a few. Or more than a few. My drunken noodles were excellent. I ordered mild-to medium spice, and the spice level was perfect. The serving size was generous. Will have leftovers for dinner, yay! Service was very pleasant. Ordering was efficient. I called in my order and received a text when my order was ready. I'll definitely return, and would enjoy dining in next time. Thanks to Yelpers for the great reviews that brought me here.

They have lots of space to park, but the restaurant itself is very small and there can be long wait times if you get there during peak dinner rush. I think we only ended up waiting about 15 minutes for a table though, so it wasn't too bad and the weather was really nice outside. They also have a cute little tiny library in the parking lot that we perused while we waited. They were very busy and a bit understaffed, so service was slow. It took a while to get drink orders put in after we said we still needed to look over the menu. Three out of four drinks came out after a bit of another wait, but the fourth drink was a cocktail and took 30+ minutes to be brought over to the table after being ordered at the same time as the wine and Thai tea. Our empty water carafe kept getting looked over and we had to ask a few times for another carafe. For appetizers, our friends ordered the dumplings to share and we ordered the crispy tofu to share. While both were good, the dumplings were the favorite. The peanut dipping sauce for the tofu was delicious, but the tofu itself was not crispy at all which was a bummer. For meals, everyone ordered chicken as their protein, but when my friend's curry was brought out the first time it had beef in it, which she doesn't eat. Her husband went up to the front to get it resolved since our server hadn't come back over yet. The correct curry was brought over a few minutes later, so that was great customer getting it fixed timely. Once everyone had their correct dish, we dug in and it was crazy delicious. The spice level was perfect and my curry stayed piping hot my entire meal. Despite the small blips in the evening, which I think were due to being short-staffed, we all had a lovely time and I can't wait to come back to try another dish.

I started off with the crispy freshly made crab rangoons with sweet chili sauce, great combination of flavor, loved them! As for the entree I ordered the vegetable fried rice and substituted their amazing tofu, cooked perfectly the fresh veggies and rice complimented the fresh cut cucumbers and fried tofu very well. Their drink menu has fun looks, from towering bubbles to elephant cups. All fun but the menu can add up but everything does taste what it cost. Won't disappoint as far as tastes goes! The interior was clean and modern and the chairs were comfortable. We did have a big group and it was a little difficult for some to get into their seats because they set us up at a long seat with single seats on the other side and you really had to scoot in a long way if you sat on the side opposite the single chairs and it is not too easy for us old ladies. The parking was really easy and up close to the building. It may look like it is closed from the Scatterfield Rd side because the cars are all on the other side of the building facing the strip mall. It's so much more convenient than driving all the way to the northwest side of Indy. I've been on the hunt for solid American-Chinese food and anything close to more traditional Cantonese-style dishes. Still searching overall, but Tian Fu definitely has some pretty solid options. I specifically go out of my way for their Beef Stir-Fried Rice Noodles (Beef Chow Fun), which I haven't been able to find anywhere else in the city. The noodles have great texture and flavor, and it totally scratches that craving. I also really liked their fried marinated chicken wings, perfect mix of crispy skin and flavorful. I've heard they have a separate Chinese menu you can request, which makes me even more curious to dine in sometime and explore more of their offerings. Overall, I'd recommend them for the variety alone, easily one of the better Chinese food spots in the city, especially if you're on the east side and want something reliable for takeout.
