This is my third time going there and I have had the best shopping experience in terms of customer service. I leave the store each time with carefully selected pieces. Yesterday was Sant Jordi in Barcelona, a happy yet busy day. The Gucci store was busy, yet I was attended to in an excellent way. I want to mention the young woman Gabriella who has assisted me several times now. I value her as I recognize the effort she puts into the client. She really connects to and cares for the client. She is poised and patient. There is no pushiness but a gentle kindness which creates room to explore the beautiful items. She listens carefully and does her utmost best to guide the selection process. One leaves the store a satisfied client who will keep on coming back.

There were a lot of sales associates working, none of which offered to help me. I was carrying multiple items around and no one asked if I needed a fitting room or any assistance. I purchased a bunch of items and they never gave me the tax forms for the VAT, so I could not claim the VAT back, which was about 100€. The designer has some nice clothes but maybe try a different store and you will get better service than I did!

I really like Mango because they have nice styles and the prices are very reasonable. I bought quite a few things and spent WAY less than I would in the USA for similar items. The quality is pretty good! I like that Mango also sells shoes and purses. It is great because they place these items near clothing items they sort of mesh with. That makes life easy and saves time. Mango had several locations in the USA, including South Beach but most if not all closed. I imagine because many Americans were not familiar with the brand.
