Bought a pair of pants in November for a Christmas gift and unfortunately it didn't fit. The deadline to exchange the piece was December 27th but I've been in isolation since Dec 20th due to a contact with a covid positive person. When I finally could go to the shop they just didn't care. The deadline had expired so no exchange was possible. Not even after explaining the situation.
Not a good customer service!
As customers we're asked to be patient and understanding since covid impacted all businesses. What to say about the other way around?
