I like shopping here because I enjoy Zaras style but I will say almost every time I go I encounter a rude staff memeber, having full on conversations with coworkers while ignoring people trying to get into a dressing room, unwilling to grab a different size for you and mixing up your items with other customers clothes while you try on your maximum of 6 pieces. Not all employees are rude but I find the ones specifically in the dressing rooms not helpful and have terrible customer service. read more
