Un joven en la caja me dijo que fuera a su línea, y luego se fue tranquilamente para la parte de atrás como si no tuviera nada que hacer. Yo asumí que regresaría rápido... pero no. Caminando sin prisa, como si el tiempo no importara. Cuando por fin regresó, le pregunté si alguien me iba a atender. Ni siquiera tuvo el respeto de contestarme--siguió hablando con dos compañeras como si yo no estuviera allí. Me quedé sorprendida con tanta falta de respeto. Dejé los artículos que realmente quería en el mostrador y me fui. No le doy mi dinero a negocios que claramente no lo quieren. Tienen un rating bajo por razón! I left the items I really wanted on the counter and walked out. I don't give my money to businesses that clearly don't want it. They have a low rating for a reason. They had a lot of options for your women but limited on sizes. Place is large and very well kept. Staff here is working hard making sure the clothing looks presentable. read more

TL:DR employees are rude and standoffish. We wandered into the Zara because my friend was looking for a cologne and the environment was extremely unwelcoming. It was almost as if we were a nuisance to the staff. We were looking at the cologne selection and there were no tester strips so we were trying to figure out which scents were good and an employee who shall not be named came to restock the cologne. She repeatedly gave us looks as if we were intruding but we were literally just trying to buy a cologne. She restocked and essentially blocked our access to the products. The staff was extremely unwelcoming. We had to wait in line at 2 other cashiers talked in which I thought was VERY unprofessional. The aura in the entire place was very bland. The cashier asked if we wanted a bag for $0.10 and I thought to myself, why would I want to carry 15 items in my hand through a mall?! I wouldn't dare come back to this Zara location. read more

My wife went today April 8, 2023 to Zara Store at Mall Of San Juan. A weird guy told her to wait 30 minutes because at 3:00pm will be opened. She wait 45 minutes with 8 dresses and when she ask again at 3:15pm another weird guy told her that them will not be open. No manners, no education and not good intention to take care of bussiness. Amazing store with beautiful clothing for women, men, and children. I love to shop in Zara. It has been one of my favorite fashion stores for years. I was very excited to see Zara at the beautiful new Mall of San Juan. This mall has many exclusive shops and restaurants. It seemed like a great spot of this store. However, I left very dissapointed after my shopping experience in this location. Even though the store was very clean and organized, the customer service was terrible. It seems they take more time to display the merchandise than to take care of the customers. One employee kept on bothering customers by interrupting their shopping experience so he can arrange the shoes and clothing in certain way for him to take a picture on his cell phone. I found this very disturbing. No one offered to helped us at any time... no help when we were looking for a size, no help when our arms were full of garments, no help in the fitting room for new sizes, no help in the cashier line. No one even greeted on our way in nor out of the store. It was almost incredible how the entire staff on that day was neglecting the clientele. I also discovered that some garments were wrongly tagged so prices were different for the same article. Also size on the shirt did not matched the size of the tag. I told the cashier once I went to pay for my items and to my surprise she just told me "well the right price is this... Do you want it?" Then she called a staff member on her ear piece and told him to come get a shirt that has a wrong tag. She proceeded to ring my stuff and make the transaction. There was no signs of a thank you or sorry about that inconvenience..... Nothing! Of course she charged me the highest priced tag but if that is the correct price than it is ok I will pay full price, however, courtesy from the staff should be priceless. The rest of our experience in this mall was amazing. We received superb customer service in all the other stores we visited on this day, which made me the think again on how horrible our experience was at Zara when we left the mall.
