Zardin is a great spot for healthy food and beverages in The Market Common. They focus on using quality ingredients. I tend to order the Power Bowls when I visit. The Hot Honey Salmon and the Spicy Tuna bowl are a couple of my favorites. The Chicken Lemon Soup is also quite tasty if your in the mood for soup. They offer Fresh squeezed juices, so far I have enjoyed their Sunrise version with Pineapple, Orange, Carrot, Lime and Ginger. I have not had an opportunity to try the Brunch items or any of their Superfood Shakes, but if they are anything like the items I have tried they are sure to be delicious. Service is always friendly and efficient and the ambiance is casual with plenty of seating inside, or enjoy the sunshine at one of their many tables outside. read more

Really good! Had some time to kill while waiting for a friends flight to arrive so stopped into Zardin as it was very close to the airport. Really great spot! The Tuna bowl I had was perfect for what I was looking for and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Good service and great casual ambiance for a quick lunch. This place popped up as a fast casual health food place. This concept has been overplayed in some instances and I've seen some mediocre examples, but this place did everything right. It was a splendidly decorated shop for being in a mall, and there were quite a few people eating in. I, however, ordered takeout to bring with me to the beach, and by the time I arrived I found them working on it, with care taken to drain the extra water from some of the items and all of them arranged in orderly fashion. Options were many, including greens, grains, vegetables, and a worthwhile sweet chili tofu for protein. It's an expensive bowl, but it had a significant heft as I carried it with me, and I'd much rather pay $20 for a good bowl that leaves me full than $15 for a lousy one that leaves me wanting. read more

My spicy tuna bowl is one of the best I've ever eaten. Not usually a big fan of kale and quinoa, but the spicy sauce with the tuna and chia seeds was a flavor explosion. Service was good and cute decor. Previous reviews mention price and I paid $31 for the poke bowl (very good portion size) and a boujee peach tea. I don't mind paying a bit more for food that challenges the palate but know prices will be a bit higher than your normal chain places. Good variety of menu and smoothies and shakes looked amazing. From the outside appearance to the inside ambiance this place was beautiful and so clean !! They also played great music. Came in for lunch and got the spicy tuna bowl and wow it was full of favor. It was served over kale and a cilantro lime rice accompanied by cucumbers radish avocado and green onions. All the ingredients tasted super fresh and the dressing they used was delicious. Only complaint I have is when I got to bottom of bowl the sauce made it a little too salty so next time will deff ask to go lighter on the sauce. This lovely cafe is decorated with plants, natural wood tables, and an egg chair (!). A little spa-like. The whole atmosphere is very calming and inviting.
